2 Mi to Dtwn Gilbert! Snowbird Escape w/ Pool

Excellent property!

The property was clean and quiet and beautifully decorated. It was very roomy. It was located in a lovely neighbourhood where we enjoyed walking in the evenings. The homeowners were friendly and always available for questions. The one thing I missed having was in house laundry as we stayed 13 days; however, there is a laundromat nearby.

We wanted to relax and watch the super bowl after our long drive. Host David and Denise were very quick in greeting us and informative about how to watch the super bowl on the their TV. Unit is very clean well stocked and maintained. Quite location. Would definitely recommend and we would stay again if back in the area. Thank you !

Cozy home and perfect for our stay with a little family and toddler. It was so helpful having a pull out bed with a mattress topper!! Will stay again when visit Arizona

The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The space was well laid out and had everything I needed for the stay. It was comfortable, convenient, and exactly as described. I would highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic. So clean and comfortable

My husband and I came into town for a long weekend to attend a wedding. We really liked the area. We enjoyed the downtown area of Gilbert. It was within walking distance of the rental. The property was perfect for the two of us! Very clean and comfortable. The property owner was very quick to respond when we had a question. The trip was a great first experience with the area. Can’t wait to come back and would definitely stay here again!

Rich with amenities.Owners were having a major landscape project completed.Once complete it will be a great addition to the back yard and pool area.

Nice neighborhood in Gilbert, close to all shops, freeways and amenities. Lovely property, well decorated and very comfortable furnishings and surroundings. Private entrance. Very nice and accommodating hosts. They made our stay easy and welcoming.

Place was comfortable. Kitchen cooking & serving items need to be better. Parking spot was encroached by neighbor.being enaalways

This was a quiet neighborhood, we had some interaction with hosts who were very responsive. The apartment was exceptionally clean and was decorated nicely. Bed was comfortable, bathroom well stocked ( we even used the first aid kit for a bandaid). Our only negative was the couch. It would serve as a bed for a third person but not comfortable for us “old folks”.

The apartment was perfect for my needs. The location was central to everything I needed. It was a good neighborhood and I had no qualms about going out for a walk. A nice set of pots and pans were provided if i felt like cooking.

I travel to AZ frequently, and this is our favorite place. Denise and Dave are phenomenal and the apartment is perfect! If you’re lucky enough to snag this place, good for you! You won’t be disappointed.

Best short term rental I have stayed in. It was beautifully decorated, will all the extras provided. Location was perfect, centrally located to everything we needed. Would highly recommend and would definitely rent again.

Lots of space for spreading out. Very clean with plenty of closet space. Close to downtown Gilbert.

The place was absolutely clean and cozy and for that I have no complaints. The place was listed as an apartment with pool, grill and fire pit. We when got there we realized we were actually staying in the in law suite to their house so if we wanted to use the pool fire pit or grill we would be in their space where their kids play. I also just felt it was very awkward because we could hear them which means they could hear us. I went on vacation to relax and take a break not feel like I had to tiptoe around where we paid to stay. I just wish it would have been advertised better

The property was spotlessly clean in a nice residential neighborhood. It was just as promised! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Got lost on the way here because i did not read the address properly. Host was exceptionally kind and happy to help us get to where we needed to be. Apartment was quiet, clean and inviting. Centally located within a 15 minute drive from all major landmarks in both gilbert and chandler. This place was perfect for the first overnight stay without kids in 8 years. Thank you!
