2 Mi to Dtwn: Chic Waco Studio w/ Fire Pit!

The size of the place was great, it was nice that it was very close to all the places we wanted to visit.

Loved our stay! This unit was well laid out and the owners thought of everything. It may not have a lot of square feet but it is so comfortable and feels spacious. Nice furnishings, very clean and host was very responsive! The bed and linens were soft and comfortable. Great shower pressure. Highly recommend

This little bungalow is perfect for a quick stay for two people. It is VERY well appointed, and was even decorated for Christmas. It’s just minutes from anything in Waco that you’d like to see. 100% will rent again when we come to see family. There were just a cpl tiny negatives, but these things are pretty nitpicky. 1) if light disturbs your sleep, bring a sleep mask. The beautiful, historic yellow Elm Avenue light poles are no joke. 2) it’s not a real quiet location. Abt a block off I-35, plus Elm is fairly busy. It didn’t bother us at all, but might bother others. 3) You’ll be surprised to find there’s a detail shop literally up against the property with about 20 cars out front. NOT a big deal, just a surprise as you can’t see it in the pics.Now for the over-the-top pros: 1) well-stocked and well-done. 2) The aforementioned access to I-35 makes everything really easy. 3) Want to kayak the Brazos? Everything you need is there. Everything. 4) Feel like maybe riding an electric bike around downtown? Everything you need is there. Everything.Again, the cons are really small and nitpicky. We will definitely visit again.

Super darling house! Bed is super cozy, nice little extra additions. We didn’t spend much time other than resting, but would have enjoyed it if we had time.

Everything was great! Loved the property would definitely stay again! The only thing that was not clean was the inside of the toilet had orange water rings in it. I went ahead and cleaned it with the toilet bowl brush.

Clean, fabulous location especially if you have a student at Baylor !

Super cute property. It had everything we needed with a few extra nice touches. Really appreciate the extra plugs by bed for devices and snacks.

It was a good size for just the two of us. The bed was very comfortable. There was a fan which I personally think is very generous.

This bungalow was so convenient and near everything. The host was also super easy to get a hold of. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated, and smelt amazing the entire stay.

We stayed 3 nights to tour the city, attend the Silos and get away. Our Vrbo was clean and tidy and our property manager was very quick to respond to any question or need we had. We felt safe and loved having the code be something we were familiar with.

My son stayed here while attending school and looking for permanent housing. He enjoyed it very much. The house was clean and well-appointed. Management was very responsive.

The house was just as described and newly redone. It was well furnished, stocked, and super clean. Also, the host was super helpful and always available if needed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here if we visit Waco again soon!

This little hidden gem was above and beyond what we expected as well as what we've experienced from other places we've stayed.It had many amenities that we were able to enjoy. We enjoyed riding the electric bikes to and through Cameron Park. We weren't able to use the kayaks this time, but we definitely plan on returning in the future and will be more prepared to use those! The bed is comfy, the couch was also inviting and relaxing with TV's in both locations. The fireplace was a nice touch. Outdoors we enjoyed grilling one evening and enjoyed the fire pit as well. Great job dialing in all of attention to extra details for a beyond comfortable stay!

The house is lovely. As stated in other reviews, it is in an outdated area of Waco that they are trying to revitalize. I sent a text and message through VRBO regarding a piece of jewelry I forgot at the house and no one has responded to me.

We loved our stay. The home was charming and had everything we needed for our two nights. Thank you for the Keurig and cream. I've never stayed at a property where there was cream along with good coffee. There was shampoo, lotion, and a toothbrush! The robe and slippers were over the top. The bed was very comfortable and the decor was tasteful. I would like to note and add to previous comments about the location. I felt very safe and the security system was reassuring. However, I didn't raise the blinds because there was no privacy. There was only one house across the street but it looked right into the house. The stadium was close but not necessarily walkable. It took us three minutes to get there and downtown Waco was just as close. This was the best property we've stayed in...just not a fan of the location.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay. We came for a 60th B-Day and couldn't be happier with our choice. The home is quaint, clean, homey, updated, and a bed to die for! The details are incredible from the mirrors, snacks, and toiletries they left. Next time we will ride the bikes for sure.
