Please note that someone will be meeting you for check-in to ensure everything is done smoothly. Let us know when to expect you, so that we are ready to welcome you!

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

The hotel's mandatory resort fee must be paid immediately after check in.

Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with the glass doors CLOSED. Any smell of smoke will incur an additional $200 deep cleaning fee.

Pets must be under 20lbs and current on all their vaccinations. If you choose to have a pet stay, please send all of these documents within 72 hrs of booking your reservation to host@ashhaus.homes.
