    We stayed in a beautiful, modern ground-floor apartment located in a peaceful area. The hosts were very kind and helpful – always ready to offer advice or supplies if we needed anything. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our stay. Communication was smooth and friendly.As mentioned in other reviews, you may hear occasional footsteps from the upper floor – a natural feature of wooden-frame houses with drywall partitions. It didn’t bother us at all and is quite typical for many homes in Canada.We truly enjoyed our time here and can definitely recommend this place to others!

    We were very pleased to find that the property was exactly as advertised. The photos are a very fair representation of the property. The location was easy to find. Located in a quiet crescent the only downside was a lack of onstreet parking, which was not a problem for us. The suite was comfortable, bright and very clean. We could only stay 2 nights, but we wished we had more time to stay. We will certainly look for this property again next time we need to head to White Rock. Without a doubt we give this place the best rating available.

    Good location to everything. Instruction book on how to use the TV and entrances door would be helpful. Much micer then staying at a hotel. If ever in that area would definitely request this property.

    The property was clean and tidy. However, 1) in case of an emergency, the egress windows were too high. One would have to stand on a chair to get out, plus it would be a 5 foot climb up to ground level. The one egress went to the owners patio and there were items lying on the grid. I have photos. 2) The smoke detector had been REMOVED from the bedroom near the bathroom. 3) There were no dishcloths or tea towels available. I addressed this with the property owner and the reply was ‘the amenities are as listed in the ad’. There was dish soap, but …. Also, the cleaning sponge was quite ‘well used’. 4) Bath towels were available but no face cloths. Every short term rental I’ve stayed in supplies face cloths. 5) The grid covering the window well for the 2nd bedroom is hazardous. 6) Renters pay for cleaning, however there was old coffee still in the coffee maker mug. We would have washed our 5 dishes by hand rather than start up the dishwasher. There a was a sticky, gummy substance on the sheets in the 2nd bedroom. I have a photo. Suggestion: Mirrors in the bedrooms would be appreciated, as well as a dresser. In light of these comments, a partial refund would be appreciated. Respectfully submitted

    Great location. Nice new suite. The layout of the suite was great as each bedroom had privacy. The only issue was that you could hear almost everything with the family moving around upstairs. It was all normal noises however the echo, especially with the kiddos running early in the morning, was quite loud and did impact our sleep. Would give it 5 stars if this wasn't an issue.
