Stayed Mar 23, 2025Property was clean. Quiet at night. Close to the convention center. Only downside the building and rooms had a strong odor airfresherner. We tought it would get less as the days pass. But was not the case. Overall good property.

Stayed Mar 17, 2025The property felt unsafe and homeless people tried following us into the building multiple times.Elevators broke half way through trip. 1 worked for the whole building.The entire place smelt.Didn’t feel comfortable for children.

Stayed Feb 27, 2025Perfect location to the convention center. But this building leaves A LOT to be desired. Very humid, smells of pot in the room and the entire building 24/7 and not the cleanliness I was expecting for the price.

Stayed Oct 9, 2023We booked the flat from Germany and arrived in the afternoon. The Check-In didn't work, so we needed to contact the agency. After we received another code we were lucky to get in. The place to park was okay. The flat was cold and dirty. Our son was running wiithout socks for a half hour and had black feets. The distance by feet into the city was okay. We liked to walk around but not at night cause in front of the building is a park where homeless people take up residence.

Stayed Nov 14, 2021This was a work trip. The check in process was the worst process I’ve ever had to go thru. I’ve never had to give so much information to just stay at one place. The place had been rented and paid for, for months ahead but when I did the check in because I did not give that specific card I had to figure out which business card was used and refigure out how to upload that specific card after already verifying with other information who we were. Just a pain in the tail in my experience. Then when we got there we do not stream tv and had to figure out how to streaming tv to just get basic football channels and news. Not a very easy thing to do when there were no instructions and the messaging person for the account didn’t know how to help us and there were no saved passwords or usernames for the Netflix or Roku or Hulu. The rooms did not have very good binds on them so even at night it still felt like we had every light in the room on. There were two towels for two adults so only one towel a piece, you get more than that in a hotel room. The bathroom in the back had two light bulbs out as well. The place over all was clean and nice just wish that it would have been a little more equipped for the price we paid and for being in the location it was in.

Stayed Oct 23, 2021The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It is very close to downtown, which made it easy to get to things. The check in process was complicated. After I had already paid for the booking I was asked to provide a picture of my ID, picture of my credit card, and a picture of me holding my ID. Very weird. If you’re wary of identity theft this might not be the place for you. This listing clearly says the pool is included, but it was locked the whole time we were there. I messaged the property owner about the pool but never got a straight answer. I’m not sure they understood what I was asking. Overall our stay here was just ok.
