Stayed Mar 30, 2024Sheets rough but great comforter. No coffee. No ability to stream. Tub drains terribly. Water is hard. Not many wall outlets. Only 1 nightstand. Great location.

Stayed Aug 27, 2022The place was comfortable for a 9 day stay. Owner was responsive and friendly. Very quiet and private. Amenities were great-- kitchenette had enough equipment to cook light meals and make smoothies. Also included a beach towel for the pool. Ground floor location close to parking and across from the laundry room. Unfortunately no close-by ramp access. Very close to multiple dining places and grocery shops. AC was very effective!

Stayed Oct 5, 2022We had a great time staying here, it was easy to locate and close to many good restaurants and places we wanted to go during our stay. The place was great for the two of us and was well kept. The binder of information was very helpful and we did try Zig Zag as recommended and really enjoyed it!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Too many spiders. I killed three quarter size. Carpet needs to be cleaned. Nice location. Laundry handi and priced right. Need more light. Sized right. Too many additional fees.

Stayed Jun 26, 2022100% satisfied with stay; however, the room is more like a standard hotel room than a vacation rental. This rental is best for business traveling to DTC rather than anything leisure to Denver.

Stayed May 22, 2022We stayed for 5 days at this property. Other than a snafu with the entry code( communication with the management and VRBO) our stay was perfect. The apartment was exactly as represented and close to our son's condo. It was great to have the little frige and coffee maker. We could have used a few more bath towels for the 5 day stay, but that was minor. A quick response from the manager really made the stay very enjoyable.
