Located on the 5th floor, this privately-owned vacation rental unit sits right at the entrance of Waikiki. Perfect location within walking distance to the Honolulu Convention Center, the newly-expanded Ala Moana Mall, and the shops and beaches of the Waikiki strip. This spot gives you the best of all worlds.

Recommended for families traveling with children or couples traveling together. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen and full bed in the second bedroom.

Save a little money by eating in! The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots and pans so you can enjoy a home-cooked meal. Prefer to eat out Treat yourself to the huge variety of food and restaurants all within walking distance to the unit. The Ala Moana Mall has an international food court worth visiting, then you can shop to your heart's content at the abundance of brand-name and local stores there.

Honolulu has excellent public transportation (The Bus) that can take you all over the island, or the Waikiki Trolley if you just want to explore Waikiki.

Parking is not included with the reservation. Off site parking for $30 per night (just across the street), if available. Reservation required. Very limited parking - reservations are on a first come first serve basis, otherwise street parking and nearby garage parking are available (prices subject to change according to parking garage policy).

PLEASE NOTE: Waikiki is a vibrant area, and as with any major city, there is potential bus noise, sirens, and general foot and traffic noise that may come in from the jalousie windows which face the main road.

    To start, the host did an amazing job in making our arrival as smooth as possible. Traveling somewhere new is always a lot and having clear directions was very much appreciated. The condo looks just the way you see on here. Clean, bright, comfy, and had everything we needed. My only complaint is the time limit of 7am-10pm for laundry use but that is a building rule not our host.

    It was great value for the money. The building is old but the rooms/bathroom and kitchen were clean. We cooked few times and kitchen had everything we needed for light cooking and dining.

    Location was good for our group of 3 adults and 1 child. Overall the condo was clean, easily accessible and within walking distance to Waikīkī. Shops were nearby for extras that were needed. The patio door needs some lubrication as it is very hard to open.

    The location was fantastic—very convenient and within walking distance to everything we needed, which made our trip so much easier. The room itself was a bit dated since it’s an older building, which wasn’t very clear from the photos. Also, the door to the patio was very difficult to close—you had to slam it several times to get it shut properly. Overall, the place served its purpose for our stay, and the location really made up for the downsides.

    Despite the problems of the unit, i will give an honest review. The location is excellent, walking distance from food trucks/711/grocery store in central Waikiki area. Laundry convenient (washer dryer on same floor as unit), however there was flooding in the laundry room. The host was responsive when we had issues. THE ISSUES: bathroom plumbing problems for 2 days (we had to use the common bathroom on the first floor)…very inconvenient especially for one of us who was pregnant and needed to pee frequently at night (we were on the 5th floor). There were ROACHES on the bed, made us felt anxious and icky throughout our stay. The unit is very old and dated, lots of rust, and to be honest not really clean…the carpets and floor look dirty and in need of a good wash. The ceiling of the bathroom looks like it’s falling apart, lots of water stains and damage. The host settled for a small refund due to the inconvenience of plumbing. If I had to do this trip over again, i would just stay at a hotel. The price for this unit may be more affordable, but book at your own risk people. Would not recommend at all.

    Location was great. Super close to everything. We were able to park for free on the other side of the canal on a side street. Kitchen was newly remodeled. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom ceiling needs to be replaced and the drawer handles in the bathroom were broken, which made it hard to open. Perfect second bedroom for kids. I felt it was a good deal for the price.

    This is a perfectly reasonable and affordable place to stay, it's a 15-20 min walk from the beach and reasonably close to most amenities, 7-eleven, food trucks etc.. The area around the building is a bit sus but I never felt unsafe, it was just sad to see families camping in tents nearby.Although it was entirely my fault for not realising that check in was 4pm, I do feel that 4pm is very late especially when check out is 11am. Having arrived in HNL in the morning this meant waiting for several hours with our luggage until the agent kindly gave us early access around 3pm.All in all I'm grateful for the stay, it was comfortable, easy to get in and out of and inexpensive compared to nearby hotels.

    Very convenient place to stay. Close to food, shops & beach. Great kitchen to cook meals and laundry close to room. Two rooms worked well. Value for money.

    We definitely enjoyed the pool access and the ac I every room! The parking was a pain, definitely made more of a compact vehicle and not a minivan or suv. The building managers were very friendly and nice but the parking building security was not. Becareful not to get lost in parking lot, it’s a pain. The pool was lit up and there was more wear and tear than pictures show, but it was worth the money for the location alone. Right next door to food trucks, 20 min walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay overall. Very prompt response for when the internet was down momentarily.

    The property was well equipped for our family and walking distance to all of waikiki, convention center and Ala Moana center. Laundry was easy to use and helpful to keep the beach towels clean. And they gave us plenty of towels. : ) We were able to cook, wifi worked well. Everything was great. Mahalo!!
