Located centrally we are only a 10 minute walk from both Nottingham Train Station, and the town centre. However, only a 5 minute walk away, our closest transport link is Lace Market Tram stop.

Whilst the apartment is spacious and stylish, it’s simultaneously ticking every box for a comfortable and cosy stay. Boasting a huge master bedroom + en-suite and a kitchen ready to cook. Our perfect retreat is tailored for individuals seeking a peaceful remote working space or for couples yearning for a convenient city retreat.



Both bedrooms have wall mounted Tv's equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple Tv and more. Furthermore, the rooms have built in wardrobes with drawers, followed by ceiling height windows, inviting in natural light to fill the room. The master is home to a full length mirror and a full en-suite, equipped with towels and basic essentials for rejuvenation.



The open plan living room/kitchen pours light in, via the ceiling height windows. However when the blinds are pulled and dimming lamps turned on, the room feels with a warm ambiance to soothe a tired mind.



The kitchen is ready to use in full force, cooking for 4 is no trouble, and neither is the cleaning. With a dish washer and tablets provided, we hope to make your home dining experience as easy as possible.



Please note that parking is not included, but numerous nearby car parks are available.
