Charming and modern two-bedroom apartment with terrace, located within the Poggio al Lago residence, just 200 meters from the “Desenzanino” beach.



The apartment, located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, welcomes guests with a living room furnished with a Smart TV, a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffeemachine, and toaster. Through a French door, you can access the covered terrace furnished with an outdoor table and chairs, where you can enjoy a beautiful lake view.



The apartment offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms. The sleeping area includes a master bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, and a second bedroom with a single bed plus a pull-out bed and a wardrobe. Both rooms overlook the private terrace.

The layout is completed by a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, WC, and washing machine.



Guests can park their car in the private garage within the residence.

A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request for a small extra fee of €5 per night.
