My girlfriend and I stayed here for July 4th and had an absolutely amazing time. The check in process is extremely easy and the property was immaculate on arrival. Communication with Stephanie is easy and quick. The property is perfectly situated near the Deerfield beach pier, walking distance from the beach, yet far enough away from restaurants and bars that you can enjoy peaceful nights on the patio. The property came fully stocked with extra toiletries, plenty of towels, and anything else we needed for the week. Hosts like Stephanie are the exact reason why I prefer VRBO over hotels. I can’t recommend this property enough A

Made the trip to see our niece play her final FAU spring soccer game. Quick ride to FAU campus, and walking distance to the beach! Love coffee in the AM on the back patio. Had everything we needed.

Starting with Stephanie (the manager) that was so sweet and helped us with responds all the time, the house was super clean, super equipped and near the beach (few minutes walking). Great energy! We loved our stay!!! Coming back again! Thank you Cabana Carioca!!

**Wonderful Stay in an Ideal Location!** This apartment was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from both the beach and town. We especially enjoyed the private patio with a grill, the modern kitchen, and the spacious, comfortable beds. The only small drawback was the low shower pressure. Our host, Stephanie, was helpful and provided all the necessary information, though we didn’t need to reach out during our stay. The complimentary bottle of wine was a thoughtful touch! At 329 per night (including taxes and fees), it’s a great value—especially for two couples sharing the cost. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for a family of four or a small group seeking a relaxing getaway!

Property was clean and well-maintaned. Well stocked kitchen items and towels. Convenient location to beach and restaurants. Easy parking. Quiet location with comfortable furnishings. Shared outdoor laundry appliances were free but a little inconvenient. We purchased our own beach chairs since the unit's chairs were stored outside and need a good cleaning. Otherwise, rest of unit was spotless. Good wifi and cable.

We loved the proximity to the beach and the fun happening place of Deerfield Beach!
