Stayed Jul 25, 2023Owner was very responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed. The location worked great for us. We have local family and it was a short 5-10 min drive. Also, other family that were visiting were close by. 2 thumbs up from all 5 of us!

Stayed Oct 4, 2024We have stayed at this property twice in different size units. The 2 bedroom unit is perfect. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary utensils. The unit is exceptionally clean. Will stay there anytime we are in Phillips.

Stayed Aug 23, 2024Apartment was extremely clean.Completely remodeled.Very quiet neighborhood.Close proximity to where we were going to a wedding. Only issue was my Hubby was not familiar with the TV,so couldn’t get local channels. Would definitely book again if we go to Phillips

Stayed Aug 25, 2023Great place to stay. Only two issues: the electronic door lock was difficult for me to operate, but that was my fault due to unsteady hands; and the TV seemed to only have smart TV apps and no local channels. Other than those things this was as good as a apartment can be.
