2 Bedroom 2 Bath Comfy Apartment minutes from University of Washington

This home met our every need. An elevator for my mobility challenged husband, a very clean home, on the Ave ( so many good restaurants and the Farmer''s market was right outside our building, and only half-a-mile from family that we were visiting. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Seattle.

Perfect for a Thanksgiving stat. Clean, conveniently located and spacious. Host was very responsive. Can’t ask for anything more from a vrbo!

Our stay was excellent. We were visiting my son who is a student at UW and could not have asked for a better location. Beds were comfortable and everything was as advertised. We will be back.

Our overall stay in the property was good. The interior was exactly like it was stated and pictured for the description. It was very clean and comfortable. The management was very easy to work with. Our only complaint was trash that was not taken care of outside the property. Unfortunately, there are 2 garbage containers in the alley parking that were overflowing and garbage was all over the area. Besides that, the property was a good place for a jumping off point to other locations around the area. The management was very accommodating.

This apartment is bright, spacious, clean and comfortable with all the amenities anyone would want. The full size kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use. Communication with the host was prompt and detailed. The location is very close to the University of Washington and a wide variety of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book here again.

Perfect place to stay with family for college visit.

We had a great stay in this apartment. The location is right on the Ave near several restaurants, Safeway, and UW. There is a parking spot in the back that is a bonus. The place had everything we needed and was comfortable. The only watchout is that it does get a little loud at night due to the location the Ave.

Get place to stay in the U District. Will definitely reserve again!

This is a great place, consistent with the description. It was very clean and spacious and communication with Ryker was easy.

The apartment was overall great for our need for the weekend. We arrived after dark and had a hard time finding which building entrance we were supposed to go in. That was partly my own fault, as I initially went to the correct door but didn't realize I was entering the code incorrectly because of how I read it. When it wouldn't open we thought we were in the wrong place. The owner/contact person did respond to my frantic messages and was trying to help me, but we were having some miscommunication. We eventually did get into the building door and to the apartment. It was set up fine and had most of what we would typically find in the vrbos we have stayed in. They do need to update the blinds and some of the fixtures in the bathroom, as they were not in great shape. The towel rack in one bathroom fell out of the wall. The beds were comfortable and the temperature was able to be adjusted and worked well. There was a farmers market just outside the apartment building that weekend and it was great. Overall we had a great stay!

Nice place, easy access, easy walk

We loved this space! Check in was super easy, good parking space. The unit itself was beautiful and spacious. We had everything we needed there. The parking is in the alley, which was a bit rough. Ryker was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

We had to make a short visit to the University area of Seattle. The apartment was in a convenient location, close to both bus and light rail lines. There are several good restaurants nearby and a Safeway a short walk from the apartment. The host provided easy-to-follow instructions on how to enter the property. There was a reserved, off-street parking spot, which was a great benefit because of the difficulty of finding parking in that part of town. Check out was quick and easy.

We were staying in town for a very busy work weekend so didn't spend much time at the apartment at all, but it was the perfect little place for us, very comfy beds for much-needed restful sleeps, easy access with door codes, and in a great walkable location for food and drinks after our show was over! The apartment was very clean and so nice for us to each have our own bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again if it's available!
