Description

Our place is a large daylight walk-out basement apartment with private entrance. It includes: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry area, kitchen, and family room. We recently updated the finishes and decor. We are excited to meet new people and hope you love it here. We are located in a quiet neighborhood in southwest Lehi. Close to restaurants, theaters, shopping, etc.

It has 2 spacious bedrooms with closets; a bathroom with tub/shower combo and basic toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc...); laundry area with detergent and dryer sheets provided; and a full kitchen with all dishes, utensils, and pots and pans provided. We also provide coffee, tea, and hot cocoa K-cups for the Keurig machine. The family room has a loveseat, a reclining sofa and a flat screen Roku SMART TV with access to our Amazon Prime and Disney+ accounts. You are welcome to log in to your own screening accounts while you are here, (Netflix, Hulu, etc...) The basement temperature is controlled separately from the rest of the house, so it can be adjusted to your liking. We also have a large backyard with plenty of grass, a trampoline (put away in the winter months), and a playhouse. Kona, our large Silver Lab, loves humans and loves to play. She doesn't love other animals, however, so this is the main reason we do not allow pets. It would not be a quiet experience for anyone.

Private entrance to apartment. You'll have the entire basement to yourselves. (There are a couple of doors to storage areas that are kept locked.) The only space that is shared is the backyard. You will have an outdoor parking spot either on the street or driveway.

We have been hosts for about 6 years. Our apartment is booked nearly 100% of the time. Because of this, prompt check out at or before 11am is imperative so we have adequate time to clean and prepare for our next guests. For this reason also, it is very hard to accomodate early check ins. Remember, check in is anytime after 4! Please communicate with us if you need any special accomodations outside of those times, we'll do our best! Fees may apply for early check ins or late check outs, depending on our cleaning/booking schedule.

Very clean, modern, well lit basement two bedroom apartment. Easy access. Friendly dogs in the backyard! Comfortable beds and linens. Only minor issue is not having a thermostat in the unit.

We came to Utah to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation snd bridal shower. We had a few family members rotating in andnout and Kandess was so accommodating and flexible with all our comings and goings. The property was beautiful and perfect for our needs over out 12 day stay! Will definitely stay here again.

Apartment was very clean! Easy access with a huge backyard! This space was well stocked with everything you need! Plenty of blankets and towels, they even supplied shampoo and body wash. Very comfortable, quiet and clean! This place even has a washer & dryer for the guest. Host was very responsive. We will definitely stay here again! It was perfect for our family of 5.

We loved our stay. The host was very friendly and communicative. The space was very spacious, well kept, comfortable, quiet, CLEAN, and in a great neighborhood. The space had everything we needed plus extras. I also noticed that there would be a lot of pluses if you stayed here with small children. Room for children to play inside and outside within a safely fenced area, high chair, children’s books, etc. We loved it and hope to stay here again in the future.

The Garritsons basement apartment is very accommodating for a couple or small family. They keep it clean and neat. We have stayed here twice and enjoyed our stay both times! Nice quiet get away!

Stayed for a mountain bike race. It was clean with plenty of space. There ended up being only 2 of us. It was a good location to get to entertainment. I would recommend this location.

Nice property. We had a difficult time getting the bathtub to drain. Whatever fragrance or air freshner was used affected our allergies, that's not the owners fault.

Honestly the best VRBO ive had in northern utah to date. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Easy to clean up after ourselves and children. We mostly used it just for night and spent the day away but it was worth it. The dish washer i think was my favorite part. It was nice to be able to use the dishes to make quick meals and then clean them later on. All in all will book this again if schedules line up.
