Superb sea views across St Ives Bay can be enjoyed from the patio area, bedroom one and the living room, overlooking Godrevy Lighthouse, Hayle Towans and beyond. OUTSIDE: Private patio area to the front of the apartment with table and chairs.


PARKING: Allocated parking space for one car to the rear of the property in the communal parking area (approximately 1.8 metres wide).
