Next to Victoria gardens, with it’s bandstand and lift down to the beach, the property is a short walk to the high street with all the shops and amenities of the town and only 250 feet from Morelli’s famous Italian ice cream parlour. This bright and spacious lower ground apartment has been thoughtfully decorated and even boasts a fabulous four poster bed. There are two courtyard terraces to choose from, to the front and rear of the apartment, offering you a choice of al fresco dining and to make the most of the sea air and morning or evening sunshine. Accessed from the elegant entrance foyer, the apartment can be accessed via stairs or lift. Alternatively, step-free access is possible through the rear.

Out and About Broadstairs is a traditional seaside town with plenty to see and do - from the shops, restaurants and galleries, to the award winning main beach of Viking Bay which is just one of the local beaches that have been attracting visitors for generations. Charles Dickens was a regular visitor to Broadstairs and wrote David Copperfield whilst staying in what has been renamed Bleak House, look out for it on the cliff top above Viking Bay. Margate is a short drive away and is home to the Turner Contemporary art gallery, or take a half hour train ride to Canterbury and visit the famous Cathedral
