2 Bed Condo across from Toomers Corner and AU Campus

Great location and very clean.

Location, location, location! Right in the middle of downtown Auburn. Appliances and cabinets are dated but extremely clean and fun local. It IS loud at night as you're nestled between the two biggest party bars on campus. We knew this going on and were prepared. We'll definitely stay again!

Great location, 1/2 block from Toomers corner. You can park and never have to use your car because everything is in walking distance. It is a 3rd floor walk up near bars and restaurants and gets pretty loud at night, plan ahead for it. It’s a basic apartment with no frills.

Amazing location, be prepared it is very loud and not really masked by sound machine. This is stated, it was a game weekend and we were aware but I am a heavy sleeper and still woke up to music that seemed to get louder around 1am. The place was clean. It definitely rundown with a hole in one bedroom wall and patched walls here and there.

Had a great college visit with my HS senior son and family. We wanted to stay in the middle of everything and this place is definitely that! Location was amazing. We were there on Halloween night as well as Daylight Savings so we got to see the best of the best from a party perspective. No question the bars are loud but my whole family sleeps soundly and we had no issues going and staying asleep. If you are a lite sleeper you will want noise cancelling or white noise but if you sleep soundly and want to stay in the middle of the action, this place works great!

Wonderful location and place to stay. Daughter’s at Auburn and we’ll be back to stay here. Loved it! Noise not too bad.. machines helped greatly. Thank you for letting us stay and see you again soon!

I’m sure it will be loud during the school year with its placement next to a bar, but it was a perfect summer AU outing for me! There are no TV’s in the bedroom and that would have been nice, otherwise awesome!

Great location for our short stay in Auburn! Everything about this stay was easy. The sound machine, which I’d never used before, was the ticket for a good night’s sleep.

If you are there to enjoy the “college experience” you really can’t ask for a better location. If you weren’t already aware of the location between a couple of fun college bars, then it might surprise you. Place has everything necessary to enjoy a few days on the plains. Great restaurants, bars and campus sporting venues all within a short walk.

The apartment was great. Clean, big bath room, parking included, across the street from campus, all kinds of utensils in the kitchen. Just what my son and I needed while we were there for a college visit.

Place was very clean, easy access to bars, parking was amazing and communication with Amanda was great. No weird check in or check out process, just very straight to the point.

This VRBO was very convenient for us since it was near our sons apartment. It was overall a good stay but definitely bring ear plugs since its right next to the 2 hot spots in town.

Location, location, location- everything was as advertised! The noise machine is a huge help with the noise from both bars.

Clean property and great location. However, it is right next to a bar where they play loud music until 2am.
