    Location in Central Pensacola Was an ideal situation for us to look at properties for sale and eventually buy a home. The owner was very flexible and letting us extend our stay.

    The unit was pristine. It is pet friendly, but if a dog has stayed, there was no evidence; no smell nor scratches. I did hear a dog from another unit barking the first night at 11:00, but not after that. Parking was easy. It was a good home away from home.

    The property is a cute place it's just lacking in normal comforts. for 4 people there was only 2 wash cloths, there was no face or hand towels at all. There was nothing to hang towels on in the master bath and only the rack on the shower door it the hall bath. No hooks on the doors or walls for bathrobes. No dresser or drawers at all to unpack your clothes and no where to set your luggage to be able to use it to access your clothes other than the floor. When asking the owner about these things he said It was unreasonable to think these things should be furnished and if I wanted them I could go buy them! and there was a walmart not far away. He said that these things weren't normal things to be furnished. There were 3 plug in air fresheners in the small area and they were over bearing even after removing them we couldn't get the strong smell out, we opened the windows and door a crack but due to there being no screens on the windows or door we could only crack them. The smell was hard for me due to my allergies, I was pretty much sick the whole trip, but by the end of the week 3 out of the 4 of us were stuffed up from the strong fragrance even with them unplugged and put under the cabinet. After being gone we all were better in a few hours. There was a small electrical problem that was taken care of.

    Property was as advertised. Very clean and modern. Small back patio and fenced yard were nice for our dog.
