Newly renovated apartment is ready to become your comfortable oasis. Oozing with character and original features, but not lacking in amenities for the modern traveler. There is plenty of room to spread out, whether traveling solo or a group. Fix meals in the full kitchen and dine at the classic dining room table. With a coin-op washer and dryer on site, you can plan your stay for one quick stop over or many nights. Apartment is walking distance to the hospital & State Capitol building.

This is a `main floor` level apartment with 5 other apartments in the building. Please note, there are stairs leading up to the building from the street, and then stairs on the front porch. There is an apartment next door and one above and one below. There is a nice little patio on the front of the house that is shared with the other guests in the building. Feel free to head out there (in the summer;) with your morning coffee. The building is close to 100 years old, so typical floor squeaks and `old` building noises may occur. Nevertheless, updates have been made where needed to make sure you have a comfortable, modern stay.

We are available by text or phone between 7am and 10pm. If you have an urgent need, don’t hesitate to reach out anytime!

Located in one of Cheyenne`s older neighborhoods, with mature trees and beautiful houses. Neighbors are quiet and respectful.

So close to the center of Cheyenne, you can leave your car and walk to the State Capitol and hospital. Uber & Lyft are available.

I welcome pets but do charge a $15/pet per night fee for a maximum of $150 a stay. This is separate from the basic cleaning fee and charged the day before your arrival. We do ask that you keep all pets off the furniture and keep them crated when you leave the home.

Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)

The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit.
Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

Believe the 2 most recent reviews including mine b/c it was EXACTLY EVERYTHING like they said & more! Every single fixture in bathroom was broken: shower & sink faucet was loose & kept falling off, toilet paper holder fell off. Shower door leaked water. (I have to also mention, we were a party of 4. We had only 1 hand towel and 1 bathmat for our 5 night stay. Is that reasonable?) Kitchen was absolutely filthy w/unwashed dishes and pots/pans. Refrigerator needs a good cleaning. Only 2 dishwasher pods for a 5 day stay. Hard to cook a meal in the kitchen b/c everything I picked up was stained w/old food or some kind of dried substance. Floors were dirty from debris. Outlets in living, dining, & bed rooms were loose, unsafe to use. Front door was hard to open. Outside the premise? It’s no wonder there weren’t any pictures. It was very unsafe b/c of all the broken cement pathway and stairs/steps. Unkept pathway to laundry area as well. Very old coin operated washer/dryer: barely functional. Dangerous stairs leading to laundry area. Broken sofa (kept pulling apart) in living room. Bed bugs in bed b/c I got bitten several times. All these issues are supported w/pictures & videos. Expedia should really do a serious investigation on these unsafe & disturbing conditions. We rent a place once a month to various states throughout the country & this place was by far the worst we have ever stayed at. It shouldn’t even be a listing. We caution anyone who is even thinking about this place.

We LOVED our stay! The place was very cute and comfy. If I had to say anything at all maybe put a AC unit in the second bedroom even with a regular fan it was super hot. But it was doable and great. Cara was great at communicating and very sweet!!!

Place has many roaches. In the hallways, tub, and on the kitchen counter.

Unique experience staying in a historic building! Great atmosphere. Nice touches including food treats. Had everything we needed. Con: would have preferred washer/dryer to not be coin operated.

Was a beautiful place. Love the old charm. Toilet was a little slow but over all the bathroom was nice. Was wonderful having a kitchen to cook in. Some burners didn’t work right but that didn’t stop us. Only problem we had was the neighbors above us were super noisy.

The home is beautiful, but it is old with all the quirks of an old house. If you dont like those quarks this is probably not for you. The beds in both bedrooms have an uncomfortably soft mattress, for me anyway. The chair was a super comfy alternative. Overall, i thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

This was a rare find during Frontier Days. Great one night stop. The beds were comfortable. The bedroom in the rear is smaller with no AC unit but fans were provided and it cooled down nicely. Shower was good. Lots of steps to get into the house. Only 2 ice cube trays but coffee and snacks were provided. Thank you.

Cute apartment, charmingly decorated, that is close to the capitol and downtown, close enough to walk there. As for amenities, I would have liked more hangers, a skillet and a baking dish.

GROSS. DIRTY. AWFUL. Loud. Does not sleep 6. My kid was stuck on the broken couch. Everything about this place was just gross. Floors were dirty. Pillows were nasty yellow. Sheets were stained. Amount of dust on ceiling fans was gross. Window curtains above kitchen sink had black grime on it. Everything had grime on it. Floor, floorboards. Under beds. EWWW. Furniture was all ancient and damaged/broken. Scary to sit in. Do you know what they said about the condition of the property when I called? “What do you think this is? The Ritz Carlton?” Wow. Just wow. I said, No sir. I don’t. But I DO expect a place that I book to be clean… and livable. Almost broke my neck on the back stairwell that did not have a working bulb. Their solution? Left a bag of “clean pillowcases” with a light bulb on the front porch. Did I mention the burnt out bulb was about 9ft on the ceiling of the stairwell that there was no way to reach?! Not to mention how gross the washer/dryer room was. There was a thick layer of brown sludge on the washing machine, therefore I had to drive to the laundromat. I tried to try to leave early and get out of the rest of my stay but they would not give me my money back. Refused to let us leave. I did not want to leave this very true, awful review, but I promised I would because they did absolutely NOTHING to help us. DO NOT STAY HERE. Vrbo was also not helpful. Basically because there was hot water and no insect infestation they would not help us…

The house was okay. The house needs to be cleaned better. The trim around the bathroom was dirty. The corners of the floor had dust and dirt in it. The curtain over the kitchen window was nasty. The place is cute on the inside just needs some better cleaning done.

Property is cute but not clean and welcoming. I pulled a dirty coffee cup out of the cupboard, its like it was never washed with coffee drips down the sides. The curtains in the kitchen are filthy. Walking barefoot on the floor I would not recommend I constantly had dirt and debris stuck to my feet. The decorative pillows in the back room were also filthy. It served its purpose as a place to sleep for the night. It needs a lot of TLC.
