This spacious, updated apartment is located in a beautifully-kept building in the center of Cheyenne and ready to become your comfortable retreat. Exuding original character, but not lacking in amenities for the modern traveler, there is plenty of room to spread out, whether traveling solo or in a group. Fix your meals in the full kitchen & with a coin-op washer and dryer on site, you can plan your stay for one quick stop over or many nights. Walking distance to State Capitol and hospital.

This is a `main floor` level apartment with 5 other apartments in the building. Please note, there are stairs leading up to the building from the street, and then stairs on the front porch. There is an apartment next door and one above and one below. There is a nice little patio on the front of the house that is shared with the other guests in the building. Feel free to head out there (in the summer;) with your morning coffee. The building is close to 100 years old, so typical floor squeaks and `old` building noises may occur. Nevertheless, updates have been made where needed to make sure you have a comfortable, modern stay.

Window A/C is available seasonally (typically between Memorial Day and Labor Day).

Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)

The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit.
Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

Kitchen:
Paper Towels
A few regular and decaf Keurig coffee pods
Powder creamer
Sugar
A few complimentary snacks

Depending on type or presence of kitchen:
Cooking Oil
Salt & Pepper

Bathroom:
2 Extra rolls of Toilet Paper
One body towel and washcloth per maximum occupancy
Shampoo
Conditioner
Body Wash

Bedding:
Sheets and blanket/quilt for each bed
At least one pillow per maximum occupancy

Miscellaneous:
All purpose cleaning spray
Toilet/sink plunger
Toilet Brush
Broom/dust pan

The entire apartment is for guests. There is a crawl space under the back bedroom that could be used for bike storage. The laundry room is a shared space for all the apartments (6) in the building.

We are available by text or phone between 7am and 10pm. If you have an urgent need, don’t hesitate to reach out anytime!

Located in a safe, quiet historic neighborhood, but close to the downtown district. Leave your car, and walk to the State Capitol.

Lion`s Park (about 1.5 miles away) has a nice walking trail, as well as the Award winning Botanic Gardens & Children`s Village. Lyft & UBER are available.

I welcome pets but do charge a $15/pet per night fee for a maximum of $150 a stay. This is separate from the basic cleaning fee and charged the day before your arrival. We do ask that you keep all pets off the furniture and keep them crated when you leave the home.

CANCELLATIONS at any time will incur a 6% refund fee.
No smoking (any kind) or vaping on property
Please respect quiet hours between 10pm-7am

The team was very responsive when we did not get the check in details email It’s a good rental but be warned there are a number of stairs that are not in great condition to get in which was very hard for our handicap elderly dog.

Property manager was wonderful to work with. It was so nice having laundry facility. Close to town, we ate at local pizza shop and played putt putt, all within a 5 minute drive!

Great alternative to hotel chains, a neat, cozy old apartment, with super comfortable beds. Creaky wood floors with tons of character. While the building definitely looks it’s age on the outside, the inside was perfect.

Our host was gracious and took care of our problems. She was assessable and followed through. My mistake was not asking about steps. I am not able to handle steps at 82 and bad knees-that was my error. Overall it was a nice stay

Quaint older multi-unit structure with wood floors on a quiet street. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Heating system worked well to take the chill off at night. Conveniently located in downtown area. It worked out well for our 2 nights while we were in town visiting relatives.

Overall, I am impressed by the remodeled kitchen and bathroom. However, the front steps need to be repaired and the interior smells a bit of smoke. There are nicer parts of the Cheyenne Avenues.

Check in was so easy and staff very friendly and responded quickly. House is located up several small sets of stairs from street parking. Beds were comfy, place was clean and quiet. Back bedroom had no AC and we tried to push air from other rooms acs. Living couch is not comfortable at all. It was a good overnight space.

Was very disappointed with the listing accuracy. There are many stair to enter the apartment that are in need of work. This was a major safety issue for our family. The bathroom was remodeled and was nice. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced/cleaned. There were some other issues with the cleanliness of dishes and the availability of enough dishes and sliverware for 6 people. I probably would not stay again.

We bad a good stay. It was just what we needed for a night to sleep. A bit of noise from upstairs but understandable due to an older building. Instructions to get in and communication was great. Bathroom & beds were very nice. Thank you!

Entrance has many concrete steps that are broken and disintegrating. The building is old and walls are paper thin. The unit is clean, bathroom is new, living and dining furniture disappointing.

Our family with 3 teens stayed in unit #4. We liked the wall mouldings, old doorknobs, vintage windows, and the built-in hall closet. We stayed one night and ate at a restaurant. The concrete steps leading to the front door need repair. They would be difficult for my disabled sister to climb. There are 2 window AC units which kept the house cool. The bathroom and kitchen have been remodeled. There were extra blankets and pillows but we bring our own pillows. The shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There were a couple games to play and a few books. There were snacks left for us at our arrival which was a nice touch. Plenty of room for all 5 of us.

Even though there were at least five other apartments in this older home, we never heard a neighbor come or go or even walking around. There were five of us & the accommodations were spacious. Will definitely stay here again.
