2 Acres & Red Rock Views: Sedona Casita!

Amazing hosts! Amazing views! Though it is two twin sized beds we did not have any discomfort pushing them together. The comfort of the beds made up for it.

We especially enjoyed the view from the B&B. The property was gorgeous and it was close to the hiking trails! Would highly recommend to friends and family. I also liked the close communication with the owner. She was very attentive.

Everything was as shown. The owner was friendly and on property. Views were stunning! The neighborhood was peaceful, yet close to hiking and some shopping and necessities. Away from busy Uptown Sedona but close enough to get there several times during our trip. We definitely recommend and would return.

The host was fantastic and helpful but unobtrusive. The views are amazing. To walk out the back gate into Cochino National forest was a dream. It was absolutely spotless. The two twin beds are a little different and you wouldn’t want to cook there.

This casita was perfect for us and had everything we needed. The views from the patio were stunning and we took several photos every day because every view was prettier than the last throughout the day. This was our first time in Sedona and we will look to stay here again when we return! Loved it!

Sheri, our host, was very warm and welcoming. She met us on arrival and showed us the ins and outs of the well-appointed suite. The exquisite views of the surrounding red rock formations and the quiet nights made this a stay one that I will long remember.

We had an amazing stay in the studio. The photos online do not do justice to the view in person. Everything we needed was provided. Communication with Sheri was fantastic. Really cannot recommend this place more if you’re visiting Sedona.

We were looking for someplace remote and quiet with views of Sedona's unique geology, where we could spend a few days admiring the rocks and relaxing. This casita was the perfect place to do that.It is a well-equipped upper-level studio apartment ideal for two people: spare, bright, and clean, with two excellent twin beds, comfortable sofas in a living area, a well-designed bathroom with a huge tiled shower, and a kitchen with small dining table. A sink, under-counter refrigerator, microwave, drip coffeemaker, some mugs and glasses, and silverware are provided, along with coffee and sugar. There is no oven, cooktop, or dishwasher, and we did not miss them.The entire interior -- beds, sofas, even the dining table -- is focused on the huge windows which look onto Cathedral Rock and the Seven Warriors, which become even more impressive when seen from the little patio (with two chairs and a small table). The contours and colors of the rocks change as the sun moves along them, and once the sky is truly dark it is filled with an amazing number of stars.There are about a dozen shallow steps between the gravel driveway and the door. The unit is quite close to the owners' residence, but we were largely unaware of their presence. The Baldwin trailhead is close by; a five-minute drive takes you to restaurants and a supermarket, and the town of Sedona itself is about 25 minutes away.

Waking up to that majestic red rock right outside our window was simply magical – every sunrise and sunset painted a new masterpiece.Beyond the incredible location, our host was truly exceptional. From the moment we booked until the time we checked out, their communication was seamless and so helpful. They provided all the information we needed, offered fantastic local recommendations (we found some real hidden gems!), and were always quick to respond to any questions we had. It felt like having a friendly local guide right at our fingertips. (We missed her as soon as we pulled away!)The casita itself was immaculate – spotlessly clean and so comfortable. All the amenities listed were exactly as described, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The views were amazing and made this an ideal rental. It's a wonderful location apart from the busy touristy areas. Furniture could use updating along with carpet and cabinets. The twin beds were comfortable but would prefer a king. Homeowners were very helpful throughout the stay.

This is a wonderful location to stay. It is so peaceful with amazing red rock views and is very close to trails. The host was wonderful and very attentive. I would definitely stay here again!

This is our 3rd trip to this beautiful place. Sherri is a great host...available for whatever you need. The view from our studio is unbelievable. When you sit on the deck looking directly at Cathedral Rock......you have total silence ....everywhere !! The large grounds of this property is a beautiful desert feel including artwork and other touches! You have access to walking trails...right near the property. Their location south of Sedona in Oak Creek area.....takes you away from all the other visitors in town. We love everything in main part of Sedona...but if want to have a peaceful stay...chose this place ! Down the road... is a nice grocery store...other services for whatever you need. We are already planning a trip for next year.
