We came for our son's graduation from CWRU and this apartment was conveniently located, comfortably furnished, stylish, clean, safe and quiet. Communication with the owner was clear and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if ever in Cleveland again!
House worked well for our needs. Great location, host very responsive. All in all a great stay.
Monte was very responsive. I think this property has great potential. The location and neighbors were great. The bath tub and shower curtain were moldy. The floor in kitchen had old dirty rug covering missing adhesive coated tiles. The silver ware and can openers were broken. Crumbs in the silverware tray. The couch had crumbs and pills under the cushions. the sheets had black ? ink stain at top and hair imbedded in the cloth of the sheet. The deadbolt on front door did not lock but he responded quickly when notified of the problem.
This is my 2nd stay at this property in the past 30 days, and again, another 5 star experience. It’s definitely my “go to” when I visit Cleveland because it’s close to places to eat on Euclid Ave, Little Italy, and Coventry Village. I can also see why this property is popular for students and nurses since it’s close to Case Western, the Cleveland Clinic, and University Hospital. The neighborhood is lively with friendly people that speak to you, and they obviously are a tight knit group based on the block party held at the nearby community center. Regarding the unit itself, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has cookware in case you want to prepare your own meals. The noise level is low to medium, and you will see a lot of property renovations and new construction nearby. Oh, it’s not shown in the property photos, but there is a very nice patio area with privacy fencing to relax, roast marshmallows, or chill with your favorite beverage.
We are relocating to Cleveland and wanted to stay in a neighborhood rather than a hotel to get a better feel of the area. This property is on a street with several condemned properties, which caught us off guard until we started our house hunting. Much of Cleveland, including some of the most desirable parts, has the occasional rundown rental. We met some neighbors having a cookout and felt perfectly safe coming and going, day and night. The upper floors are leased to professionals, and we were pleased with how quiet it was inside, even with neighbors upstairs. The property is close to everything in Cleveland Heights and University Heights. The property manager was responsive and helpful, and we would stay here again!
