great location, just what we needed to crash for a weekend. internet could use a bit of improvement. we were unable to attend a zoom meeting and later struggled to stream a movie because it was so slow.

Excellent location. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Parking was easy. We walked to buses and the train station for all our adventures during our Chicago getaway.

A very fully stocked grocery store only a 5 minute walk away. It was a Sunday when I arrived and the store was open until 10:00 which was very handy. Ate supper on the patio. No laundry onsite so plan to work around that. I had no issues but communicating with the host would have been very easy if needed. Very quiet neighborhood and always felt safe walking around.

Our daughter lives nearby and we came from Massachusetts for a wonderful visit betweenChristmas & New Years. Clean, comfortable and convenient. A good grocery store nearby and located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We will certainly be staying here again!

We were looking for a VRBO close to our daughter's apartment, and this property was ideally located on the same street, just five blocks away. The saying 'Location, Location, Location' definitely applies here! The property was clean and well-maintained, exactly as described. We also appreciated the quiet neighbors and easy street parking. This was the perfect situation for our needs.

Stayed here over my birthday weekend in Chicago and had a lovely time! The place was clean, organized, and the host was quick to respond and very helpful. The booking and check-in process was super easy and straightforward. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city!

I enjoyed my stay at this Logan Square beauty. Listing was accurate. Safe, walkable neighborhood with lots of food options around. I recommend this place to anyone seeking a nice stay in a wonderful area.

We enjoyed our time at the property. The location was decent, parking was hit or miss but we were usually able to find street parking at least within a block of the location. The house was decently stocked but was missing some fairly standard items you'd need if you were cooking. Nothing I'd really knock it for but since we were traveling with little kids we did make breakfast each morning and so these things became more apparent. (i.e. toaster didn't work, spatulas missing, etc.) Easy fixes. The owner was extremely responsive to messages and was even able to help us recover a piece of luggage we left at the property by shipping it back to us! Good stay overall and would recommend.

Check in process was very easy and host even included a super helpful video. The house was clean and all communication/expectations were very clear. I would recommend this listing and I would stay again if we ever return to Chicago! Thank you Joan!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the property. We came to Chicago for a concert at Soldier Field and it worked out perfect. We were able to navigate to the surrounding shops and restaurants easily. Parking was decent given the fact we were in a big city.. The host, Joan, was very helpful and made our stay easy. We would stay here again and recommend to anyone!

We came in to visit family and tour Chicago. The home is at a perfect location to the bus line and train station. There is also a grocery store down the block from the home. Joan was easy to work with and was excellent with checking in with us to make sure our checkin process easy. Great home for our visit.

Vibrant neighborhood near Humboldt Park. The apartment was clean, just as described, and exactly what we were looking for!

The property was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. We are older ladies, yet felt safe in the neighborhood. The host communicated very well. We would highly recommend this rental.
