This charming apartment, situated in the heart of historic Covington, is an easy walk, ride, or drive to downtown Cincinnati, sports stadiums, and all the restaurants, bars, and activities you can find in beautiful Covington and the greater Cincinnati area. Free dedicated parking across the street, free laundry units, and a cozy atmosphere make this the ideal apartment for your stay.



The Space:

The apartment is located on the ground level of this quad-plex, just up a couple steps on the porch, opening out onto 4th St. The living space features a wall-mounted tv, stacked washer-dryer, a comfy loveseat, and the full bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletry items to make your packing easier. Enjoy the small kitchen with a microwave and electric stovetop for cooking or reheating your meals. Just down the hall from the living room is the queen bedroom with a four poster bed, set with professionally laundered linens.



Guest Access:

This is Apartment 1 and you enter through the beautiful entry way in the front of the house.



You can park in the parking lot directly across from the building. There are parking spaces marked Bed & Breakfast Only. Park in the space with the sign designated for apartment 1.



Access to the apartment is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.



We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.



The Neighborhood:

Licking Riverside is a quaint, historic district with beautiful Italianate and Victorian style homes. Walk around the corner to Lil's Bagels and Keystone Bar and Grill and head up the street to grab a cup of coffee at Leftbank Coffee House.



Getting Around:

Guests who are able may want to walk to the local restaurants and bars. But driving is an easy option too! Easy drive to both downtown Cincinnati and downtown Covington.

    Great place! The kitchen set up is all you need for a short stay. Traffic on the street is loud so this will be great if you’re a heavy sleeper. Overall, highly recommend

    This property is close to a few good places to eat and only about 15 mins from Cincinnati children's hospital. It is nicely decorated in a modern style and very clean. We felt at home! The owner is very receptive to your needs and that's a huge plus!

    The condo is very nice and we were impressed by the looks, location, and cleanliness. The only issue was the busy street noise from cars on 4th street and the vaulted ceilings causing the noise of a toddler upstairs to carry which woke us up way too early and then kept us up after being up late after checking in late the night before.     Nicely decorated historic property with great amenities (and great coffee). You'll want to bring earplugs, because it's on a somewhat busy street, but it's worth it to be so close to Roebling Bridge, the Mainstrasse and Basilica.

    My family really enjoyed our stay. We are an active family, and this was the perfect location to walk to all the attractions Covington, Newport, and Cincinnati have to offer. We enjoyed some fantastic meals, had fun shopping, and visited the aquarium. Easy check in, parking was prime, and the place was immaculate. Definitely will be back!

    While the location is fantastic, future guests may want to consider the traffic noise before staying here. We installed and used a white noise app to help level out the traffic noise that prevented us from sleeping well on our first night. The decor is fantastic, the house is well equipped and very clean.
