Enjoyed the property easy walk to the beach overall nice quiet apartment

Very clean and comfy, enjoyed our stay. Would stay again at this accommodation when we return to Cocoa Beach.

Host was very attentive to our requests and was great to work with. Great place - Great location - can walk everywhere. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall, my stay was great!The place was super clean and in a perfect location—just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus. Now, the listing did say there was a twin-size bed in the living room… turns out, that meant a mattress folded up in the closet. That threw me off a bit, especially since I was traveling with my 21-year-old son. Not exactly the setup we expected, but we made it work!Now, the upstairs neighbors… whew. I get that people are on vacation and want to have fun—party on! But these folks sounded like they were wearing cement blocks for shoes and decided midnight to 3 AM was prime stomping hour. I was woken up more than once thinking there was a wrestling match going on up there. Luckily, they settled down after Saturday night.All in all, despite a couple of surprises and some thuds from above, it was a great stay and I’d definitely consider coming back.

Check in and out was very easy. Location was great. We would definitely book this property again

upon entering property,noticed a portable air conditioning unit in the front windows facing parking,the mini split was inoperable,which made front windows easy to enter had someone wanted in,unable to close blinds completely for privacy,(i temporarily put cardboard up,no vent fan in bath/shower,toilet seat was about to fall off(i tightened it up)floors were filthy,your feet would be black from walking on floor,a very unsightly plywood box covering the water heater in kitchen,positives,easy acess to beach,ease of entry/exit,very peaceful and quiet.

Delightful property. Very clean, roomy, and pleasantly decorated. Walkable to beach and pier with restaurants and bars. Highly recommend.

Bed very uncomfortable and the couch. Other then that it was okay.

Property in excellent location 1 block from beach and 3 blocks from the Pier

This is a ground-level apartment with a second level above. The apartment was clean, relatively modern, and only one block from beach access. Neighborhood seemed safe. A number of small amenities were provided, including coffee, filters, sweetener, etc. There is a window air conditioner in the bedroom. It was quiet, except for footsteps in the apartment above. You can hear every step. Negatives include no dishwasher, weak water pressure in the shower, and a small TV. But it was worth the price, especially being so close to the beach.

Location was great. The noise level was high. We stayed in the lower unit and we could hear every time someone walked. It wasn’t quiet footsteps they were loud!! One night the people above us check in at 10:30pm little kids running around. The next night they came back at 12:40 am interrupting our sleep!!! Needs some more up-dating of kitchen. Limited space especially in the bathroom. Un-pleasant odor when we first arrived. Bothered my allergies.

Loved this older property. Close to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. We really enjoyed our stay.

Just fine for our needs, the porch door didn’t work and one of the locks on the double slider was broken, I didn’t feel unsafe, but was sure not to leave anything valuable. quick walk to the beach, I would suggest having some beach chairs available for guest use. Overall our stay was just wonderful!

Condo is very clean and has the basics for bathroom and kitchen. Short walk to beach and pier. Just a block from main road that has shopping, restaurants, and grocery store.

Had all we needed. Great price, access to everything you’d want on the Space Coast. COMFY BED!

Good Breeze was all that it advertised and more . A quick jaunt to the beach with all of the amenities we could ask for . The bed was super comfy , the decor really made it feel like a vacation. Can’t wait to go back . It was super accessible and had a strong shower with hot water . AC was great and beach chairs and cooler were an added bonus . Loved it

Very quiet area, clean, close to the beach and other local attractions. They provided everything we needed for our stay

Our stay was unexpectedly cut short but pleasant. This is an older property which has been nicely updated and refurbished. There was a mechanical issue with the air conditioner with which the owner dealt immediately and efficiently. Overall, the stay was too brief, but enjoyable.

Location was perfect. Just needed a place for a couple days after our cruise, so we could visit the Kennedy Space Center. The area rug in the living room could use a cleaning or replacement. I also wasn’t a fan of the plywood box under the counter in the kitchen, where there could have been a dishwasher or maybe more cabinets…..maybe this is a work in progress. Overall the space was very clean and very close to the beach and restaurants.

Good location. Anything I needed was within walking distance. Anything I wanted was close enough. Great communication with owners. Would use again, would recommend.
