Guests have access to the building’s premium amenities, including a rooftop pool, a fully equipped fitness center, on-site dining options, and inviting shared spaces designed for relaxation and productivity.

5. AIRE ACONDICIONADO
El aire acondicionado tiene una temperatura mínima de 72 °F; por favor no la ajustes por debajo de este nivel, ya que el sistema puede congelarse y dejar de funcionar. Ten en cuenta que Miami es una ciudad muy húmeda, por lo que recomendamos mantener el aire encendido para evitar la aparición de moho. Si deseas utilizar el balcón, asegúrate de mantener la puerta cerrada en todo momento, y también mantén puertas y ventanas cerradas mientras el aire esté en uso para prevenir daños en el sistema.

6. CHECK-IN
El check-in es asistido por el anfitrión. Para garantizar una llegada sin problemas, te rogamos que compartas tu itinerario de viaje o que nos avises al menos 30 minutos antes de la hora prevista de llegada. Check-in después de las 6:00 p.m. tiene cargo adicional.
