Stayed Jun 27, 2025Good location. Owner reached out to us with a known issue and provided a partial refund, which was great. The bbq needs some attention and we had to clean the coffee pot. Other than that it was a good place to stay, a street awaynfrom charming shops and restaurants.

Stayed Dec 2, 2024This place is walking distance to some great restaurants and bars. Backyard is nice and private, cleaning requirements are reasonable and the owner was responsive and laid back. You can walk to the beach but it’s a bit of a hike back up if you’re out of shape, but still doable.

Stayed Sep 1, 2023This really is a fantastic vacation getaway. The pictures truly don’t do it justice. I thought from the pictures it might be a little, dirty and dated, but it was anything but. Spotless clean plenty of room. Super comfy, beds, and couch! And outdoor spot is such an added bonus. So centrally located, but still quiet. There were zero issues, so I didn’t really have any communication with the owner, except he did let us have a later check out so we could go to the beach. Will definitely be back.

Stayed Aug 26, 2022Comfortable, clean and a superb location. Walk to downtown, restaurants, shopping and the pier/beach. Backyard retreat is a great place to wind down. Highly recommended!
