Fully equipped independent kitchen with induction, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, fryer and complete kitchenware. Cosy living room with Wifi. Building with lift for greater comfort. Individual heating by gas boiler.



Area Services



Located in the Laviada neighbourhood, a few minutes' walk from supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and shops. The train station and bus station are about 10 minutes' walk away, and Poniente beach is about 15 minutes away. An ideal area to enjoy Gijón without the need for a car.
