Stayed Jun 20, 2024Arrived to the unit at 4 pm to find someone in the room. It scared me, it was the cleaning girl. She seemed irritated and didn’t say a word. Looked like a big mess when I walked in. It was after 4:30 before she left and we were able to begin our stay. After all of the endless messages and information and rules I really thought it would be a great stay. But the unit not being ready at 4pm was really unacceptable. A friend and I stayed here and had a busy schedule. We were welcomed by roaches in the closet and bathroom. I sent the management texts and pictures but got no response. There was only a tiny bit of hand soap in the bathroom dispenser and 1 roll of tp, with 2 women. The extra bedding for pullout bed was in the closet and had hairs on it so didn’t feel comfortable using it, was pretty grossed out the whole time but all the hotels were full felt stuck with what we had. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unfortunately. Location was good and everything seemed great until arrival and it was just not a great experience.

Stayed Mar 30, 2023Great Property- very convenient to all places we wanted to explore. Plenty of room, large living areas, beautiful unit. The only downside was that the pool was under construction during our stay, and more towels were needed. But overall, very pleased and would absolutely come again!

Stayed Feb 24, 2023Very impressed with property. Was easy to get in. Place was clean. Great location. Housed within same building as a hotel. Good restaurant right downstairs. It was a nice high rise apartment downtown. Close to convention center and restaurants etc. Only real issue was with booking. Hours on the phone and with emails back and forth. Had to answer detailed questions about our visit that felt invasive given that I'd explained up front we were there for an event at the convention center and wouldn't be in unit much due to a tight schedule and would check in very late Friday night. We were two adults in our 50's and a teenage athlete there to compete. Their policies were very extensive and it seemed that their default position is that everyone is coming to party, trash the place and violate rules. It was up to us to prove otherwise. Very odd interactions to book and we would not have continued had we had understood when booking on this platform that we could not cancel so close to arrival date. Even though we booked with this platform, an outside managment company took over and everything including payment was taken by the management company on their own app/platform. It seemed that the reservation we made with this platform meant nothing? Very weird and not ideal. Have used vrbo and their predecessors and competitors for over 25 years and this was our first experience like this. Not sure what was going on. I'd stay here again but not if the booking process is so complex. We ended up giving them our credit card over 3 times. Pics of drivers license with selfies etc. Once at the property the smoke detector was beeping and they quickly put us in another unit two doors down for the first night. We moved back to the original unit the 2nd day once the alarm was fixed. Very responsive. Nice place. Just the booking process was way off. Maybe now they've vetted us booking agian would be easier?? Idk.

Stayed Jun 3, 2021This property was amazing. It was decorated very cute and was extremely clean. The location was amazing. It was surrounded by many restaurants and bars. Any question I had was answered within minutes by the property manager as well. Would definitely recommend.
