This gorgeous 2BR unit located at the 18th floor has everything you need for your stay, whether you are here for business or leisure! Along w/ an outdoor sky pool, this smoke-free apartment building has a zen garden, 24-hr fitness center & laundry facilities. WiFi in public areas is free. Each apartment provides a kitchen w/ a refrigerator, an oven, a stovetop, and a microwave.

Other Things to Note:

Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Self-service garage parking is available in the building next door ($17/day; ~$125/month).



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

    A very pleasant surprise to have such a spacious condo unit with a wall of large Windows overlooking the city, and very comfortable bedrooms with separate baths, and a functional kitchen.

    The condo was clean however we were disappointed with the aroma. Every night, the entire floor smelled id marijuana. I realize this is beyond control of the manager, however had we know the atmosphere and aroma we would have booked elsewhere. Also, there were 2 hair dryers, both of which were broken. I did reach out to management right away. They responded within a timeline manner but did not provide a solution. I had to go out and buy my own hair dryer. They did promise to reimburse this, but have not seen the money yet. Also, the remote control for the tv had no power button. This seems like an easy fix that would have improved our stay. Next, the towel rack was falling out of the drywall. As a positive note, the view was beautiful and the rooftop pool was a nice bonus. Would not stay again, would find a nicer area.

    Room was very clean and nice. Amenities were nice and clean including the fitness room and pool area. Some of the building areas were less than desirable and took WAY to long to be addressed. Overall, it was a decent stay. Could’ve been better had staff attended to the elevators and stairwells.

    My business partner and I stayed at this apartment for a nearby conference. It was great that we both had our own bathrooms and the bedrooms were on each ends of apartment for more privacy. Beds were amazing comfortable and linens crisp and white. Wide views from apartment were amazing. Low noise even in heart of downtown and convenient location. I highly recommend this CozySuites property.

    We really liked the location & walkability & felt safe in the area. The directions for finding the apartment within the Hilton Garden Inn make sense now but, at the time, after driving for hours & hauling our luggage & supplies from parking garage to our rental that we could not access with code — left us frustrated. So many pages of instruction very confusing. On top of that, we had issues the entire stay with door consistently not locking/unlocking. Two light bulbs were burned out in bathroom sconces & I question if condo had been vacuumed before our arrival. Apartment was nice & spacious with a view. I appreciated the bedding. Overall, outside of apartment in hallways & elevators, the place hadn't been vacuumed in at least a month. Quite nasty & unkempt, especially the lounge & pool area, which was the biggest draw for us. Grilling area very unappealing with no propane tank. Needs a lot of TLC, hence my 3-4 stars review. Will stay elsewhere nx time!
