Maximum occupancy is 4 adults. This is an apartment on the lower level of a brand new custom built home that was featured in the Seattle Times, Pacific Northwest Magazine - Architecture issue September 18th, 2016. The apartment is approximately 900 square feet (274 sq meters). All floors are concrete with in floor heating so your feet will be nice and warm. Extra insulation has been added to the ceiling and walls to make this space especially quiet for both guest and host!
It is completelyprivate with a separate outside entrance. All Windows are imported from Europe. The ceilings are over 9 feet tall and the windows go from floor to near ceiling height. They are HUGE to allow maximum light to enter the apartment and have tilt/turn style operations.
