I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very convenent location, clean and good value for the locaton. Management company responded to any issues. We would definitely stay again if we had not found a different location. Suggested to upgrade pillows and some window blind replacement and cooking utinsils. Otherwise, good vaue

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Found the rental to be very clean and updated. Perfect for a couple and close to many amenities and easy access to other attractions. Good value. Could use end table lamp and small side table by chair. Latch on pocket door between bedroom and living room was broken on arrival. Was not used so not an issue for us. Larger rug by from door would be nice. Would have liked a location closer to the beach, but overall, was a very pleasant experience and plan to book again for next year..

I would definitely come back again if I'm in the area. Everything we needed to be comfortable as a family of 4.

Stayed Mar 12, 2023Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The inside of the unit is nice and just the right size for what we needed. The air conditioner in the kitchen/living area is noisy. There is no hair dryer. The outside is not so nice. The aluminum siding is missing and some falling off the side of the house. The homes in the area have been hit hard by the Hurricane Ian. I did not feel safe. Overall, disappointed.
