Stayed May 30, 2025To early for Business. Apartment not finished interior. No dresses for the bedrooms no amenities. Construction noise first thing in the morning. No Bath Soap Location is good. Overall it will be nice when the work is finished.

Stayed May 23, 2025Beautifully renovated property in LIC/Astoria. Be prepared to walk to the Subway and Attractions, but otherwise excellent. If you’re not familiar with the area, this place may not be for you- the neighborhood is partway through the gentrification process.

Stayed Jan 21, 2026Good communication with the host, easy entry instructions. Nice space, excellent wifi, comfortable bed. The furnace needed repair, but the host took care of it quickly! Kitchen could use a few more items like pots and pans, but good refrigerator and range. Comfortable place during a very frigid couple of weeks in Astoria

Stayed Jan 16, 2026Jon was an excellent communicator from start to finish! The location to the subway was very close. It was also close to a lot of different dining options. The cons I have are the small narrow stairs up to the apartment and you have to bring your own wash cloths FYI. Other than that an overall great experience

Stayed Dec 3, 2025I was told the water would be turned up, it was cold. Was told that nobody else had issues but the second night, after “turning it up” it was 84.5 degrees. Other than that, it was clean and a place to sleep.

Stayed May 19, 2025We were quite disappointed with this stayCons: For starters the address listed in VRBO was inaccurate. After we reserved the place and got the new address, I immediately checked on G oogle maps and contacted host and shared my concern with the exterior of home and boarded up windows. I asked the square footage of apartment and was told they didn't know. It was quite small. I would have preferred a hotel suite. I also asked how far from JFK and was told 20-25 minutes. We arrived on off peak times and it was still 50 minutes and 80 dollars. We then tried to go into city. Host has it listed as 15 minutes to Manhattan. The quickest routebafyerb4!days of travelling back and forth was 32 minutes and that's after a 10 minute walk to a train. There was also two centipede type bugs found in apartment. Have photos. Pros: nice beds, plenty of towels, nice bathroom, nice flooring and lighting.
