Stayed Apr 1, 2021We decided to take a 9 night trip to Arizona to see if we could winter there someday. I found this property through VRBO and it looked to be very nice and close to everything. There is a walking / bike trail right out your back door. We rode bikes to the South to Tempe Lake (about 3 miles) and took it to the North as far as we wanted to go (about 8 miles). One day on the way back from the North, we got off the path and rode another path along side the water canal to Old Town Scottsdale. We went out to Canyon Lake one day and rode the Dolly Steamboat through the canyons (would highly recommend). We also did a lot of hiking in the area. Take a trip 2 hours to the North and hike Sedona Red Rock. Take the Broken Arrow Trail to Chicken Point and don't forget the camera! We rented our bikes from Spinners On The Green located right next door. There is also a sports bar next door called Duke's with an outdoor patio overlooking the park with a Disk Golf course. You have access to Duke's through a special door that only residents of Scottsdale Park Suites get to use with your room code. All areas are gated and secured with locks that work with your room code. Exception to that is the front gate that is open when the office is open. You are given a remote to use to get your vehicle through the front gate when the office is closed. The pool was a decent size and the hot tub was nice and warm with strong jets. Lounge chairs, tables, deck, pool, and hot tub were very clean and inviting. There is a laundry room that we did not use but I saw that there were 6 washers and 6 dryers available. We were in room 141 which was an lower end unit very close to parking and 2 grills with a table, 4 chairs, 1 bench, and an overhead canopy right outside our door. Great location! There was also another large covered seating area close by with a gas fire pit and outdoor large flat screen TV. There is a tennis court that we did not use but looked to be in great shape. We found our room to be large enough for the 2 of us and was updated and clean. A/C worked great as did all of the appliances. We had a small patio off of our bedroom but we chose to spend our time out by the grilling area. The staff was great to work with! I would highly recommend Scottsdale Park Suites for your stay in the Phoenix area. P.S. We rented a paddle boat and a pontoon boat at Tempe Lake and had a great time there.

Stayed Apr 5, 2019Had a beautiful stay at the condo! The property is incredibly clean. The condo was well keep and in perfect shape. The pool was awesome and very clean as was the hot tub. I love the fact there was no closing time for the pool. Which aloud you to have a late night swim as long as you didn’t disturb other guest. There is also beautiful BBQ’s at different locations on the property to use. We enjoyed a few games of pickle ball on the well keep tennis courts. Phoenix, Scottsdale and the surrounding area is a beautiful to visit with lots to do. For Canadians April & May is summertime in Scottsdale. With plus 28-38 weather but yet it’s not so hot you can’t go out and enjoy it. We can’t wait until next year to hopefully stay there again. Thanks, Terry & Family, The Canadians!
