Stayed Jun 1, 2024This apartment was roomy for a 1 bedroom and a good location for my internship. I would have liked to give better feedback but there were issues from the beginning with cleanliness and check-in. It seems I had 1 property manager at the beginning and it changed a few weeks in. I arrived after check-in time and the unit was not ready. Returned almost 2 hours later and had to go buy a vacuum to clean the rugs and under the bed to remove food. Most of the dishes and cookware were dirty and the dryer did not heat. The first property manager was not responsive or if they did respond, it was not timely. I had an entire string of messages on my VRBO app with the first property manager that are now gone. I was promised a cleaning refund but have not received it. I was there for a 6 week internship and the first half was very frustrating. I can say that the apartment was roomy and a great location for my needs.
