128 Murray is located in the very centre of Hobart`s CBD within walking distance to all major attractions.

Built in the 1900s, this unique, quirky, spacious, three bedroom apartment with original convict floorboards in the main living area. A great space for families or groups travelling to experience Hobart.

A large three bedroom apartment with an open plan living room, dining room, and kitchen. This is a free-standing apartment above some shops. The floor boards are originalconvict floor boards, so they are a little uneven . The bedrooms are generous in size. The two main bedrooms have plenty of space. The third bedroom has a single bed and a single day bed and its own small flat screen TV and games console. The lounge room has a PlayStation 4 and Netflix. The bathroom is small, renovated, with a larger shower and vanity. The toilet is separate and not renovated.

Off Street Parking:
- 128 Murray Street has free off street parking for ONE car. We recommend a SMALL to MEDIUM vehicle as the driveway is narrow and has a tight turn in and out.
Access is up a driveway. There are two apartments next to each other in the middle of the CBD.

Free Wifi:
- Blistering fast 100Mbps internet via the NBN. Be sure to bring your iPad or Laptop.

Air Conditioning
- 6 KW Air conditioner inverter keeps you cool when its hot, and warm when its not.

Blinds
- Block out honeycomb blinds in all bedrooms.

Complete kitchen:
- Fridge/freezer, oven, hot plates, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and glassware.

Bathroom:
- Small yet modern, functional bathroom. Hairdryer provided.

Spacious Bedrooms:
- Comfortable sleeping areas with comfortable queen sized beds, electric blankets, and bedside tables with lamps.

*Portacot is provided for guests. Please ask if you require a portacot.

Laundry:
- Front loading energy and water efficient combo washing machine/dryer, clothes horse, ironing board and iron provided.

We can be contacted via the airbnb app or via mobile during your stay.

Less than 2 minutes walk and you shall be in the center of the shopping area - Cat & Fiddle Arcade, Centrepoint Shopping Centre and the wharf are all at your finger tips.

Also less than a minutes walk away are some wonderful cafes and restaurants.

The apartment is approx 15 minutes drive from the airport. A taxi from the airport will cost around $50 to the Apartment. Alternatively there is the airport shuttle bus - the closest pick up/drop off location is the stop 5.

Keyless Entry:
- Don`t won`t about losing the keys - there aren`t any! Guests receive a six digit entry code before arrival which is changed for each stay.

Hire Cars:
-The apartment has off street parking for one vehicle during your stay. We recommend small to medium vehicles as the driveway is relatively narrow.

Cleaning / Servicing:
- Professional serviced cleaning is performed between every guest visit.
- Professional serviced cleaning includes kitchen cleaning/wipedown, vacuuming/mopping of apartment, changing of bed linen, bathroom towels and mats, and re-stocking of complimentaries.

- 128 Murray is a fully, self contained apartment with washing and drying facilities. Guests staying in excess of 1 week can decide whether to have a free mid-stay clean. We ask that all our linen is left for the cleaner to wash. If you need additional linen, please let us know.

Smoking:

    Perfect location and not too far to walk to CBD and necessities. This space has all we needed inc games for the kids! Off street parking was a bonus!

    Everything was good, the booklet made understanding the cottage ammenities very easy. The tiles in the floor of the shower were loose and grout was coming through and the milk in the fridge was expired. Other than that it was an amazing stay, will come back there again. Thank you so much

    The guy in the tyre shop was really helpful in providing instructions regarding the entry off Bathurst Street above the lolly shop. It would be helpful to future guests to provide this detail in the arrival instructions.

    The pantry was very well stocked.All the kitchen items we needed to prepare and cook a meal were there.Especially appreciated the generous coffee supply.My frend J drew the short straw and was in the room without any natural light, I don't know if there is a solution for this..

    Had a really nice stay here. Everything we needed was provided. It was comfortable and inviting. There was enough parking for a small car, and I only recommend a small car as it is quite a tight driveway to get in and out of. The only bad thing I would say is the driveway is very awkward to drive into during peak traffic times as the driveway gets blocked by other drivers at the traffic lights as there is no keep clear markings on the road outside. (But that's not in control of the hosts).

    After completing the Three Capes, we wanted a place where we could relax and enjoy Hobart. This was the perfect place. Generous rooms, comfortable lounge, and importantly, a washing machine to get our hiking clothes clean. Would definitely stay again.

    Spacious apartment for our family of 5.Good enough location for us to explore Hobart by foot. Clean enough for an older apartment. Wonky floors and walls were a bit disorientating but got use to it and was a nice place to come back to after a day out.

    Very convenient apartment located close to Hobart CBD. Farmers markets are almost at your front door and short walk to everything else. Generally very comfortable but be aware that the aircon is only in the living space and not the bedrooms and fans were not adequate on hot nights. The third bedroom has one small window that opens to an indoor area so gets no fresh air and even with the fan was very stuffy. Would still stay again just for the convenience it offered.

    A beautiful spot to base yourself for exploring Hobart. We enjoyed being so close to the city and the ferry to MONA. Plenty of room for the four of us with the three bedrooms. Never did find the switch for the lights over the sink bench though!

    The apartment was clean & spacious. There were lovely touches on arrival, the heating was on & a bottle of wine & box of maltesers. Shower was great with instant hot water. Close proximity to everything. Only thing, the driveway is a bit tricky & a second bathroom would have been handy. Would definitely stay again.
