128 Murray Street is located in the very centre of Hobart`s CBD within walking distance to all major attractions.

Build in the early 1900s, this is an art deco style, renovated apartment, this unique, spacious, fully contained, one bedroom apartment is perfect for interstate or international travellers wanting to experience the unique wonders of Hobart. This apartment is a stand-alone apartment next to another apartment above some shops.

This is a large one bedroom apartmentbuild in 1900s with a separate living room and a separate combined kitchen and dining room. In the living room is a large couch to relax. The sofa bed is single only. This is usually placed in the living room. Please let us know if you require the sofa bed for your stay so we can have it set up.

Off street parking:
- 128 Murray Street has free off street parking for ONE car. We recommend a SMALL to MEDIUM vehicle as the driveway is narrow and has a tight turn in and out.
Access is up a driveway. There are two apartments next to each other in the middle of the CBD.

Free Wifi:
- Communication exchange being only 60 metres away allows blistering fast internet.

Air conditioning
- 6 KW Fujitsu Air Conditioner Inverter keeps you cool when its hot, and warm when its not.

Double glazed windows to help reduce the sounds of the city.

Complete kitchen:
-Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hot plates, microwave oven, italian stove top coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and glassware.

Home theatre:
-Large flat screen television, PlayStation 4, and Netflix.
Modern bathroom.

Spacious Bedroom:
- Enormous bedroom with comfortable queen sized bed, electric blankets, and bedside tables with lamps.

*Portacot is provided for guests on request.
*There is also an ottoman which converts to a small single bed on request.

Laundry:
- Front loading energy and water efficient combo washing machine/dryer, clothes horse, ironing board and iron provided.

We can be contacted via the airbnb app or mobile during your stay.

Less than a minutes walk and you shall be in the center of the shopping area - Cat & Fiddle Arcade, Centrepoint Shopping Centre and the whalf are all at your finger tips.

Also less than a minutes walk away are some of wonderful cafes and restaurants.

The apartment is approx 15 minutes drive from the airport. A taxi from the airport will cost around $50 to the Apartment. Alternatively there is the airport shuttle bus - Stop 5 is closest to the apartment.

Keyless Entry:
- Don`t won`t about losing the keys - there aren`t any! Guests receive a four digit entry code before arrival which is changed for stay.

Hire Cars:
-The apartment has off street parking for one vehicle during your stay. We recommend small to medium vehicles as the driveway is relatively narrow.

Cleaning / Servicing:
- Professional serviced cleaning is performed between every guest visit.
- Professional serviced cleaning includes kitchen cleaning/wipedown, vacuuming/mopping of apartment, changing of bed linen, bathroom towels and mats, and re-stocking of complimentaries.
- 128 Murray is a fully, self contained apartment with washing facilities. Guests staying in excess of 1 week can decide whether to have a free mid-stay clean. We ask that all our linen is left for the cleaner to wash. If you need additional linen, please let us know.

    Host extended a great welcome to the apartment and all that Hobart has to offer. Very comfortable for my 8 night stay. Conveniently located and an easy walk to everything - CBD shopping, Salamanca & Farm Gate markets, cafes and departure points for tours by coach and boat. Fabulous stay!

    Very lovely, roomy space! Well-equipped with everything I needed for a short stay, and a great setup for longer ones it looks too. Easy to walk to many shops and restaurants. Parking was also no problem with a Subaru Crosstrek (I was a bit worried!). Simple, keyless check-in! Good stay.

    What a great place to stay if you want to walk around Hobart and enjoy the city. The location cant be beaten, very comfortable apartment with a lot of nice little touches that others dont have. Coffee, tea, butter etc were all provided and made a big difference to our stay. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Hobart

    Amazing new apartment in the heart on hobart. Easy accessable to cbd, dont drive to anywhere , leave car at apartment and walk to everything in the city. Everything was clean and supplied with everthing you need. Thankyou to the owner who kept in touch and made everything comfortable.

    loved Hobart and your property's location. Everything on the inside was as described. There isn't much curb appeal and the driveway is too tight. Suggest you encourage guests to park in the nearby garage. we really appreciated your recommendations. they were excellent. would certainly stay again, if the opportunity arises. thank you.

    Spacious, light-filled apartment. Well equiped with everything you need, comfortable bed, lovely shower. Easy walking distance to the city, Salamanca Place & Battery Point. Excellent place to base yourself to visit, eat & drink (in moderation) your way around Hobart. Highly recommended.

    What a location, perfectly situated right in the heart of Hobart. The apartment is surrounded by dining options and is a short walk to Salamanca and the waterfront. The apartment is very generously proportioned with a huge bedroom and living room. Kitchen was great too although we chose to eat during our 2 night stay. Off-street parking was a bonus. We would definately stay here again and highly recommend it as base to explore Hobart and beyond.
