Located just between Belmont, Midtown, & 12th South, our charming cottage is just around the corner from some of the best shops and restaurants. Coffee shops, boutiques, Barbeque, pizza, bars, and a grocery store are all just a short trip away. Our charming, detached loft apartment is perfect for guests who want to come and go as they please, have a quiet place to work, relax, unwind, and feel like a local in one of Nashville`s most sought-after neighborhoods.

Our home is a privatesecond-story apartment above a detached garage. You can come and go as you please. The loft beams with beautiful, inspiring light and is ready for a clean, quiet, and intimate stay.

While we can`t accommodate early check-ins and check-outs, we allow guests to drop their bags after noon on the day of check-in. Are you coming into town in the early morning or have a late flight and want to store your luggage Let us know and we can connect you with our luggage concierge service and give you our promo code.

We are always available through our messaging system for any additional amenities requested. Otherwise, guests are left to enjoy their time. :)

You will be tucked away in a charming neighborhood, centrally located between historic Belmont and Midtown, a quick drive away from great shopping at Green Hills, and walkable to 12 th South.

Uber or Lyft can take you to the famous Broadway live music venues for a night (or day) out on the town in about 10 minutes.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $40 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
