11th Floor City View, Next to Wa State Convention Center

We really did not need the car we rented since this place is so close in. Even though it had a parking spot (miraculous!), it was easier to go on foot or by Uber so we did not need to deal with parking. The apartment is charming and homey!

It was great to have room for the 6 people in our family which included 2 small children. There was a small grocery store right around the cirner sonwe could get essentials for breakfast. It was close to lots of things and not a overly busy area. Also loved having a washer and dryer. Something that was difficult is we didn't realize how hilly Seattle was so it was tiring pushing our two umbrella strollers back up from Pike Market. My parents ended up using Uber a lot to get places to avoid habing to walk the hills.

This was a very nice place close to downtown. The owner Suzanne provides many extras like tea, coffee, snacks etc.. I will definitely book this place again! :-)

Great location next to the Convention center. Kitchen is bare bones, but functional. Sofa bed only comfortably sleeps one person. Included parking was a life saver!

Suzanne’s condo was immaculate and it had everything we needed. Parking was easy, safe and secure. The location was close to everything. We loved the AC located in the living room and King Bedroom. Suzanne was easy to communicate with and checkin was fairly easy.

We enjoyed the stay, the place worked great for a home base as we explored Seattle and caught some Mariners game. Not to far to walk to the tram which took us from one end of Seattle to the other!

A darling, quaint, little nest for sure! Very well supplied and comfortable. Best mattress ever on the master bed. Others reported their mattresses being good also. Good location walking down to the Pike Market and Westlake Mall for the monorail. Only complication we had was getting in. Complicated app process that didn't work initially, or throughout our stay. There was a back up option of calling for owner's boyfriend to assist but that didn't work either. Resorted to third option and ended up using the keys which was fine too.Owner was very prompt, helpful and accommodating before and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Charming place close to all sorts of points of interest in the heart of Seattle. The host was very clear and prompt in communicating with us and answering our questions. We felt at home during our stay :)

What a delightful and charming place!! We loved it so much, especially it's perfect location to all things Capitol Hill (with yummy restaurants, shops, etc.) as well as the Paramount Theatre, the light rail, and more. It was so nice to have the option of being able to walk most everywhere easily. Suzanne, the host, is lovely and so very accommodating. She always responded to any inquiries I had quickly, and was so helpful about everything. The apartment is darling and very comfortable. Loved squishing down into the couch or armchair after a long day of adventuring, then curling up in the very, very comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Would absolutely stay here again! The space was welcoming and comfortable. Perfect for my group of three to stay while in town for a convention and very close to the Seattle Convention Center. Suzanne was very responsive when we had an issue with the keys and was a great host. Thanks for having us!

I had never been to Seattle, so because I had a 550 credit with Alaska Airlines that expires at the end of the year, I decided to book a four-day visit in the middle of a week to sight-see. My wife of 44 years decided to join and then we invited her sister and my brother-in-law to meet us there. This place was perfect for us! Two bedrooms with king-size beds, a breakfast nook next to the kitchen, living room with super comfy couch and overstuffed chair and ottoman, hardwood floors with Oriental rug, great security system in the building as well as private parking space in secure garage. We walked everywhere in the city - Pike Place Market, Space Needle and Chihuly Glass Art Museum, Belltown Mural Festival, etc. Suzanne was attentive and responsive, but not physically present - and isn't that what everyone wants in a VRBO place? :)

We had a great time during our stay at this property. Great communication with owner with any questions we had throughout our trip. Easy access and walking distance to all things Downtown Seattle. Highly recommend!

This is our second time in this condo and still a great stay. We were so excited that the big purple couch and chair were there. They are so comfy and cozy. Plenty of room for all of us and Suzanne even left out some extra bedding for our extra guests. The upgraded entry system to the building is a huge bonus! So much easier entry. The only ask, fans. The building gets a little warm and a fan in the bedrooms would be a huge plus.

Great location, just avoid walking through the park near by. Stick to major roads. Easy to get around and close to train stations and the tram.

We were out of data before checking in but the host was helpful and even came to the site to assist.

Suzanne was terrific to deal with. All was exactly as described. She was very responsive and had a beautiful welcome basket for us. The location was within walking distance to Pike Place Market, and shopping at Nordstrom. We even walked home from the T-Mobile Park after the concert.

The location of this property made it a great launch point for exploring Seattle. Suzanne was responsive and it was easy to access the building and apartment. During cleaning periods we were able to store our luggage there which was very helpful on front and back end of trip. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Suzanne is the best host! The Nest was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Seattle. It included free garage parking which was a huge bonus. The location was excellent - we parked our rental and could walk + Orca transit to everything. It was well stocked, very comfortable and had A/C! The rooftop has great views and watching the evening sunset was beautiful. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Suzanne was always available and quick to help. Highly recommend and would definitely return. 10/10 Excellent

The condo is ideally situated near the convention center and downtown Seattle. Suzanne is a very nice host. Thank you for everything !
