The pet area is excellent.

Clean, plenty of room for the 3 adults and 2 small children. Great stay and looking forward to being able to come back next year!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home is quaint and in a great, safe location. We could walk to the beach and to breakfast. The beach is amazing, with powdery sand, and there is a playground for the kids on the way there. The house was clean and the owner was responsive and kind. The beds were comfortable and home stayed cool with lots of AC options and fans. It was nice to be able to bring our dog, have a yard, deck, and also do laundry. I wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks for sharing your home, we miss it already.

We had a great time staying here! Close enough to the beach/boardwalk, but far enough away to be quiet. Owner was pleasant to deal with. Apartment is clean and comfortable. Perfect for a small family! Had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Nothing fancy but we don't need fancy! There were a couple bedrooms, a kitchen area, good water pressure in the shower . So we were happy. The gentleman who owned the property was involved and supportive...he even helped Give us advice on how to get out of the area during rush hour. Overall a good stay if you're looking for just a quiet setting, not directly in the hype of the city.

We were in town for the weekend for a wedding. This was perfect for our needs! It’s dated, but exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the deck in the evenings and in the morning. Would definitely rent again. No complaints.

This was our second time staying at Bruce’s place. We love the fenced-in yard for our dogs. Bruce is very accommodating and communicative. Would recommend for anyone traveling with pups!

We really enjoyed our stay (4 kids, 2 adults and our dog) at Bruce's place! Great location! It's about a 10-15 min walk to beach and Sunset Park (playground, splash pad and bike rentals). The apartment was simple, clean and had a large deck with a table and chairs. The fenced in backyard was a plus with our dog!

Originally rented so I could bring my dog but we ended up not bringing the dog. Brought 2 toddlers and the space was simple, and inexpensive. Exactly what we needed. The gentleman that owned it was extremely nice. No complaints at all.

Great spot, nice walk around neighborhood. Beach was big and beautiful. We'll be back !

Apartment was great and close to the beach. Bruce was awesome and super friendly as were the neighbors and even offered to let us borrow his bikes. Bruce was an awesome host. Lived right downstairs and prepared to answer or help with anything we needed. Our pups also enjoyed free use of the backyard and deck was awesome for some yoga. Thanks again Bruce!! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Quaint. Small, bathroom needs updated. Low ceilings. Stuffy.Air conditioners need cleaned. Clean. Bruce is a nice host.

We loved this spot. Great backyard space, a grill, close to the bay and nearby diners. We had issues trying to find a place that would allow a pitbull to stay on the property. Luckily, this owner was completely accepting of our goofy girl. This rental is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The yard is fenced in, which gave us peace of mind when letting the dog outside to play. Owner is a great communicator and readily available when needed. I look forward to visiting this property again.

The stay was comfortable and had good family time. Cozy place to stay and beach is at walking distance.
