The flat, recently renovated, has wi-fi and Smart TV connected with Netflix and Prime Video.
Accessible by self check-in, the flat is a ten-minute walk from the Central Station and a few metres from the M3 and M5 metro lines useful for reaching the Duomo and the centre.

The flat, which is very quiet given its exposure tothe inner courtyard, is located on the second floor of an elegant 1930s building without a lift.
At the entrance you will find a comfortable sofa that can become a double bed if needed with a wide seat and a Smart TV 55'' connected with Wi-Fi broadband internet with Netflix and Prime Video accounts already connected.
The classically styled KITCHEN is equipped with a gas hob, fridge, freezer, full set of utensils and a spacious dining table. It is also complete with pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups and cutlery.
Guests are provided with a NESPRESSO Inissia coffee machine with a selection of quality coffee pods, kettle with a selection of teas and herbal teas, electric juicer, toaster and Bialetti moka coffee maker.
To use the appliances you will find a QR Code with which you will be redirected to the instructions for use.
Passing through the door of the living area, you pass into the BEDROOM finely furnished in classical style with a comfortable bed-box, wardrobe, desk and mirrors.
Finally, the flat is equipped with a windowed BATHROOM with shower with flush floor and non-slip system, washbasin, LED backlit mirror, toilet, bidet, washing-dryer machine, and hairdryer. In the flat you will also find an ironing board, iron, drying rack with clothes pegs and all useful cleaning material.
The flat is air-conditioned and has free Wi-Fi.
All the windows have a light-darkening system and mosquito nets, which are particularly useful during the summer. The view is internal, so silence is guaranteed. There is also a small BALCONY overlooking the inner courtyard.
Furthermore, the flat is equipped with quality bed linen and towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in dedicated glass dispensers that help us fighting plastic consumption for a GREENER planet. The welcome kit includes also washing machine and dishwasher pods, as well as dish soap.
Regarding safety, in the flat there is a carbon monoxide detector, a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher.
The flat can accommodate up to 4 people and is the ideal accommodation for those who want to enjoy the quiet of a fully equipped house located in a quiet setting but at the same time very close to the city centre.
In the street where the flat is located and in the neighbouring areas it is possible to park for free within the blue stripes except between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on weekdays (Monday-Friday) for which you must pay instead 1.2 euro per hour. There is also a guarded garage only 350 metres from the apartment.

Please note that animals are not allowed inside the flat. In addition, it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside, you may do so on the small balcony.
In the event that you are 2 guests but prefer to sleep in two separate beds, please inform me by message. A one-off supplement of 20 Euro will be charged for additional bed linen.
