Located on the 9th floor of a well-maintained apartment building, the flat features a private 25 sqm rooftop terrace facing southwest. Large panoramic windows create a welcoming atmosphere.

The living area includes an 8 sqm raisedplatform, letting you enjoy lake and mountain views right from the sofa. The double bed with two new, high-quality mattresses is integrated into the platform and can be pulled out. If needed, the sofa bed can sleep a third guest. The exceptional living space offers a pure sense of relaxation. The highlight is the rooftop terrace, featuring two large sun loungers for your comfort and relaxation.

You can reach the apartment easily by elevator to the 8th floor, then one flight of stairs.
