Stayed Nov 7, 2025The apartment was in a great location. The host was accommodating when my plans changed at the last minute and I ended up traveling with my dog. The apartment was clean and welcoming.One recommendation would be to have more towels and washclothes available for guests.

Stayed Sep 29, 2025The apartment was at a great location in a very quiet neighborhood. Check-in was easy and the staff of on point with any questions or concerns we had. Only issue we seen alive cockroaches and mice droppings in the kitchen.

Stayed Feb 20, 2025Went during a very cold time in upstate NY.Entered the residence and there was no heat. It was 58 degrees...if the old thermostat was correct.Communicated with host ,waited an hour with our coats on. They did get someone out and it was supposedly fixed....but we had already left, after waiting an hour, for a local hotel. Here is why...1) just looking at the original thermostat to the older home made us not so confident that we would continue to have heat all night. 2) there were 2 window air conditioners STILL in the windows with NO covers on the outside. One of these units was in the bedroom...it has been very cold and windy lately and cold air was coming in.My husband and I just did not feel secure with the heating situation when the temperatures were in the teens. We were concerned the heat would go out again in the middle of the night on top of the air units allowing cold air in. Street parking was a bit confusing also.We are hoping for a refund but it does not seem likely.While it seems like a great price....you get what you pay for.in.
