< 1 Mi to Dtwn Ludington: Bright Lower-Level Unit

House was great. It was clean and had everything you would need. The only cons for me was you could hear the people in the up stairs walking around, talking and the tv at times. And the sheets seem clean but I am sensitive to smell and they sprayed Febreze on the sheets with a perfume scent. Luckily I brought my own sheets just in case.

Staying here was an amazing experience. Thr open space made family time even more special. I can’t wait to stay again.

Absolutely fantastic! Very clean, beautiful unit, close to downtown, easy walk to Lake Michigan and a great place to stay. Everything about this place is first class.

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and couldn’t have picked a better place. The home is spacious and open, with high-end finishes and everything you could possibly need. It was spotless, beautifully designed, and the cozy fireplace made it feel extra special. The location is very convenient, and we loved how comfortable and welcoming the space was. We highly recommend this rental and will definitely be back!

This home is a dream come true. It is even better than the pictures. The owners have thought of your every need, from toiletries to a kitchen full of pots and pans and dishes etc. and even put together a binder full of instructions, things to do and see- broken out by categories like food, sweet treats, places to visit, golfing, outdoors etc. They have bikes for you to ride, a fire pit in the yard, and bonus, a deer family that comes and goes thru out the day. We will definitely be back. We met the owner the day we checked in because we were early and he was busy cutting the grass and trimming the bushes. He could not have been nicer. He said they bought the home in 2018, took it down to the studs and redid it, and they did a magnificent job. I would have loved to seen a little book with before and after pictures in the house. Their hard work and attention to detail really makes it a hidden treasure in Ludington. I honestly had not one complaint! 10 out of 10!

The property was gorgeous - super clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. Convenient to downtown and the beach. The bathroom in the master suite was incredible.

This property was awesome - super clean, comfortable, and had more than everything we needed for a family of five with three young kids. Very close to downtown with beautiful porch and yard. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend !

From the minute we arrived we knew this was going to be an amazing family vacation. The owners thought of everything. When grilling the gas went out there was a full tank waiting for us in the garage. The bikes, bags and beach toys were much enjoyed. The location is perfect for walks to town and the front porch was the perfect place for morning coffee and evening drinks. The park nearby was fun for our grandson. When we filled the outdoor trash before trash day the owners took care of it within a half an hour… very attentive to any needs you might have. We will be going back next year for sure!

Our stay was great. Been going to Ludington for yrs now and this was the best place. Very clean and close to downtown. And also not far from the beach. Will definitely stay again

Great location and excellent accommodations...highly recommend

Loved our return trip to this place. 2 things that were negative. The upstairs people were up at five am and the kids running from one end of the house to the other. The guest bedroom didn’t have a sheet on it. We will probably return next year but want to be certain upstairs will be empty.

We loved this apartment, it had literally everything we could ever want and we will definitely be back. It's stunning, and well appointed. The pros: the location, look, feel of the house, amenities, etc. The cons: the beds are a little bony meaning you can feel the springs a bit but we still got good sleep, but the mattresses may need to be changed soon. And the upstairs tenants for a couple of days seemed to be getting their steps in at midnight and it's a creaky floor, so you hear every step they took. Next year when we stay, we'll have friends rent the upstairs so we can all be on the same schedule. It was a lovely home. We can't wait to come back!

I loved everything about this place. They made my stay feel like luxury and was so peaceful. I highly recommend staying here. They did not disappoint!

Just time get away enjoy different parts of Michigan. Home was comfort away from home . Very clean and response on host was very timely. Definitely will return at this or another location then own.
