We booked this rental for a 5 day stay in Salem. We were in close enough proximity to the Salem historic sites that we walked downtown three of the four days we spent exploring downtown Salem. The owners live on the property and greeted us daily while working in their beautiful yard. Check-in/Check-out was simple. Instructions/access details were emailed and texted to us several days prior to our reservation date. We had a phenomenal vacation in Salem and resting comfortably every evening after our adventures was a contributing factor to that. Should we make it back to this area would happily stay there again!

Property owner was there just in case we needed him , all the amenities in the facility were Very nice, we had. Everything we needed. Patio was very enjoyable with the twinkly lights, fire pit, cutest little home ever!! We will be back !! Very walkable to downtown salem.

This place was exactly how it was described and we had no issues during our stay. Communication with the liaison was excellent. The only thing I wanted to pass along was the stairs down into the basement space were very narrow. Just an FYI for anyone with mobility issues.

The property was nice, the hostes was great but dont recommend to anyone that has difficulty going up and down stairs. The place is close to every where you want to go including a few beaches. Plus for me.

My husband and I brought our 7-month old Aussie Shepherd to stay in Salem for the weekend for a convention and had the best time. This rental is absolutely perfect for Salem visitors. It was amazingly clean, had a kitchen and amenities. Because it opens into a full privacy fenced-in backyard, we felt super safe there. There were plenty of places to park and the owner was very helpful and gracious. The walk to downtown was actually really nice! There is a well-let, wide open pathway that goes from the back road at the property straight into downtown but with none of the noise and city life. I highly recommend staying here. It was perfect!

Everything was great!

My husband and I spent five days exploring the greater area of Boston, Salem, and Sandwich. This little abode offered a fenced in yard, outdoor seating, and accessibility to the recreational trail. This trail will take you to downtown Salem or Marblehead. Consider bringing your bicycles to explore the path. The hosts were remarkable and accommodating with our two dogs.

This wonderful, comfortable, clean, lovely place was perfect for our stay. Two separate bedrooms gave us privacy. It was very close to downtown Salem but just far enough away that you didn't feel like you were crammed into a nook downtown. Very nice host and good communication. I would definitely stay here again if I return.

Great check in. No problem with parking and private with a wonderful yard. A great place for pets.

Clean, great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was easily walkable to Salem with plenty of parking. Host was very friendly. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Beds very comfortable. Floor fans in each room. Water provided in refrigerator. Only negative was that living room furniture while mice was very uncomfortable. Size was good and a couple of good food choices very close. Is actually about 1.5 miles from Salem activities. Owner very nice and attentive

The place was clean and comfy, exactly what we needed for our trip. Owner was very helpful, we had a problem with the TV that they came and fixed. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very cute and comfortable. There was a slight smell of cat urine. The shower did not drain well and eventually it it backed up and overflowed when someone in the other apt flushed their toilet. The manager was quick to respond but the cat urine smell became so overwhelming. And we had to walk down the street to use McDonald's facilities. We were only there 2 nights and the second nohht was ruined.

No egress windows, no fire extinguishers, only one kitchen towel. Owner lives upstairs and very noisy at night. We felt he could have entered the apt at anytime we could not lock him out. We were not very comfortable with that.

We had a wedding to attend near Salem and had to find a place that accepted a small dog. This was clean and safe and had a fenced yard-important because our little guy is blind Pros- clean, Quiet,very comfortable beds, good yard, not Walking distance to downtown but close enough ,good for a pet. Cons- parking, living room furniture is cute but not comfortable at all. This is a basement apt which they state but remember that means no windows and a bit musty. Still a nice place and would recommend

Perfect stay, so close to everything. We had a family wedding in Salem and were a quick jaunt to the other hotels for events, restaurants, and downtown walks and sites. House was exactly as stated and clean. Very quiet too.

The property was beautiful, and the owner was very welcoming and helpful. When we arrived, the sink wasn't dispensing properly, but when we contacted the owner, he quickly arrived and taught us how to use it (it was just user error lol). Despite the record heat, the ACs worked well and kept us cool! Parking was easy just across the street. Thank you for the great spot to rest and relax!

Well taken care of and comfortable place to stay in Salem. Minutes away from historical areas. Parking was confusing at first but received confirmation of parking from owner fairly quickly.

Great place to stay to see Salem. It was only a few minutes from downtown and had free on street parking. My only criticism would be that each room had a small A/C unit rather than central air, so during the hotter summer months it might be harder to keep cool. The owner was very nice and was on the property a few of the days we were there working outside and in the other units.

We had a great experience at this rental. Oman site owner is super nice and helpful. Photos are very accurate! This spot is walkable to all of Salem and close to easy food and grocery. The rental was super clean, tidy, comfortable, and very thoughtfully designed. 10/10 recommend!
