1 Mi to Downtown Salem: Studio w/ Fire Pit Access

Clean, cozy, charming, convenient location. Odd, on-street parking. Difficult to open gate.

The owner was in communication the entire stay and made sure everything ran smoothly.

Emad was the best! House was clean and ready for us by 3pm, and even let us check in an hour early! Perfect stay for two people. They even had accommodations for children if you needed such as a bassinet and stroller!

It was such a lovely place. Im definitely coming back again. We had a great time. Thank you for all your hospitality

Had a wonderful stay in Salem at this beautiful studio. Very spacious, even for three adults. As the title states the backyard is the real gem. You can tell it is lovingly tended to with dozens of flowers all around. My sisters and I enjoyed hanging out back there in the mornings together. The walk to downtown (where October festivities are located) was a good 25 minutes. Doable for a healthy adult but small children or elderly may find tiresome. But ride shares were very reasonable given the short distance. Also, met the owner and he was a very friendly and welcoming person, super helpful too! I would love to stay again on my next Salem adventure.

We wanted a location that offered easy access to downtown Salem. This location was very clean, comfortable, and had a great vibe. We enjoyed the special touches and outdoor space. We would rate the host as exceptional.

Beautiful house and yard. Great location within walking distance to downtown Salem. The host lived in a seperate unit in front and was very nice helping me get checked in and always waved at me and my pup. The flowers in the yard smelled absolutely amazing!

This property is a nice place to stay, especially for two people. There is enough space for two people, and the amenities meet the needs of the guests.

Second time staying here and it's as clean and cozy as before. Tea/coffee bar is a nice touch. Centrally located to many eats and shops, and the owner is very communicative.I will definitely stay here again!

The suite is clean, welcoming, and has everything you need. Parking was confusing at first, but we got the hang of it. The owner was very kind and would check in to make sure we had everything we needed. This was perfect for a best friend get-away and a wonderful weekend exploring Salem. Close to everything you would want to see. I would recommend this to anyone going out that way.

Exactly as it looks online. Close to everything. Very, very clean, even in the places you might not think to look. (I am critical of cleanliness and found not a single thing here that was even remotely dusty or out of shape). I enjoyed my stay! things to note for solo travellers:-internet is fast and reliable, no blips-tea and coffee options available-walking distance-even if you're a bit slow like me-to a great bagel shop with breakfast and lunch options-large fridge, none of this apartment-sized stuff!-more spacious than the photos seem-comfy bed (also to note: the bed is not one of those super high-up ones that short people have difficulty with. Just the right height!)-sturdy railings to enter the home (a must for mobility-impaired such as me)-plenty of places to plug stuff in-local contact very responsive and communicative but not intrusive at allI had a great time and would book here again when I return!

What a cozy and quaint little studio to getaway for the weekend with my son and experience Salem! The host was so nice and attentive! I would definitely recommend this spot if you are looking to visit the area.

We loved this property !! Close enough you could walk to downtown Salem …. Or easy to uber. Very clean and we felt safe with the motion lights and gating. Highly recommend!!

We visited the Salem, MA area for a couple of days. The accommodation was nice and the landlord was very helpful.

We were thrilled that this space was just as cozy and beautiful in person as the photos suggested. It is a tastefully decorated, unique place with a spacious updated kitchen and a bathroom just off that. The bathroom included necessities and the host was very accommodating with anything else we needed. As a group of three adults, we probably wouldn’t recommend planning to sleep on the futon as it is not the most comfortable, but the host did provide a foam topper and linens that worked just fine. The walk to town was a straight shot, about 20-25 minutes but there were also Blue Bike rentals close by. The walk to/from town passes a couple cafes. If you are unable to afford to stay right in town but still want a convenient and enjoyable Salem experience, I’d definitely encourage you to stay here!

Clean, well appointed, studio. 1 mile from downtown Salem. Cute neighborhood to walk around. The unit is in a back courtyard so it also feels secluded. Owners are on site and helpful. Hope to come back!

Great stay the place was clean and Great location. Walking distance to the city and close to coffee shops. The host was helpful and available to help.
