Stayed May 11, 2025Apartment and lovely huge terrace are well furnished. All you need is there. Didn't use pool as we preferred the beautiful clear water of Nissi Beach, a 10 min walk away. Good variety of shops and restaurants 5 mins. Need to run shower & kitchen tap for a good 3 minutes to get hot water running through. Curtain in lounge in desperate need of a wash BUT rest of apartment extremely clean. Any questions were immediately responded to by the host. We had a lovely holiday.

Stayed Mar 6, 2022We had problems immediately after booking, would have cancelled if possible. No hot water until day 4. The ten minute walk into Ayia Napa was actually 45. The flat, though spacious, needs attention as a previous leak caused bits ceiling to drift down onto the sofa. No plug or bowl for the kitchen sink, one tea towel - lots of little issues which accumulate to make you feel annoyed.
