1 BR Studio/Cottage with Kitchenette, Pool & Golf Cart/ Near Beach

It was a cozy space. Sadly, the weather was too cold to enjoy the pool and outdoor area. The beach was 3 miles away, a bit further than I thought since a golf cart was offered in the description. The shower was like a space capsule, strangest shower I have ever taken! There was a kitchen area with small appliances available for use. Host met us at check-in and was friendly.

This property is amazing!! My friend and I stayed there and we loved it! We loved everything about this place. It is quiet, private, clean, has everything you could possibly need or want, the grounds are gorgeous, I could go on and on. I highly recommend this place. You will not find another place like this, for certain. You have your own private pool,hot tub, and golf cart! The owners are very nice, friendly, available if needed, and have thought of everything for you...just cannot say enough wonderful things to express how lovely our stay was. It's the perfect place!

Very nice property and a great location. The host was very nice and accommodating. The space was perfect for 2! It was peaceful and the grounds were spacious with outdoor seating, lights and a pool!!! Will surely stay there again when coming to Pawley Island!!!

Owner is super nice! Excellent communication. Had everything we needed for an overnight stay, to include coffee and breakfast bars! Totally met our needs.

We had a lovely stay in Pat's studio apartment. It was a great location and I'm sure we'll stay again. The studio is great for a short stay, but we'll plan to stay in his one-bedroom apartment the next time. We had some excitement when a sudden storm blew in while at the beach but made it back safely in his golf cart.

The place is very clean very comfortable. The yard is very peaceful and the pool is wonderful Patrick the owner is a pleasure very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Enjoy.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay. Had a great time relaxing at the pool and enjoying our early morning coffee together. Quite peaceful. Location was very convenient to Pawleys Island Beach and Charleston, SC. Pat was an excellent host.

So clean!! We enjoyed our stay in the one bedroom cottage that has everything that you will need! We loved having the golf cart to go to Pawleys Island and Lowe’s grocery store! The pool was perfect! Nice parking for our SUV and I felt safe! We will definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at a charming property that was incredibly cozy and comfortable. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The space featured a welcoming living area with plush sofas and a fireplace, perfect for unwinding. The room was clean, and had a comfy bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach. The host was kind and attentive.Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a comfy getaway. I can't wait to return!

In town for a wedding, this was the perfect location in proximity to all of our wedding festivities! The host, Pat, was very communicative from the day we booked. He even checked in a few days before, and greeted us when we arrived. There was a small issue with some bees (through no fault of his own) and he worked diligently to mitigate the issue. We have stayed at a lot of properties and Pat is far and away the best host we’ve had.

Exactly what it says. Only thing is shower is very small and I’m not a big person. Beds comfortable and it was perfect for me and my husband.

This was a perfect place for me to stay! Pat has thought of everything! Very cute and charming. I will stay again next time I am back in Pawleys Island.

We had a wonderful stay in the cute little cottage. Everything about it was perfect for our needs. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was small but functional (we did a little cooking while there) and had everything we needed, the bathroom was small but stocked with supplies and the shower has good water pressure. We really enjoyed having the outdoor space to relax, in the yard, and also in the pool. Pat was the perfect host, meeting us when we arrived and then leaving us with privacy while there. He even let us stay on the property longer than expected when our flight was delayed. I didn't get the chance to use the golf cart, but that's a nice convenience as well if you can. All in all, I highly recommend and would come back!

This property is a real gem. A garage apartment separate from the house, it offers privacy. It is very clean and has everything one would expect such as a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and dishes/silverware, comfy bed, bath and solid internet. Even better it offers a balcony sitting area, shaded patio sitting area, pool and hot tub. You also have use of an outdoor grill and golf cart with beach chairs. The Pawleys Island beach is accessible via golf cart and getting there is easy and fun. Pat is an excellent host who can offer great suggestions for dining. I felt very comfortable here and it will be my first choice for lodging on any return visit to the area. Easily five out of five stars.
