Stayed Jun 30, 2025Well located property, fairly easy check in process. The temperature of the shower kept oscillating but it wasn’t a big deal since it was so hot in Sevilla. Overall we had a pretty good stay!

Stayed Nov 12, 2023This charming apartment in the Triana neighborhood was perfect for my husband and I. It had everything we needed in the kitchen - coffee and tea pots, etc… - the bed was comfortable and we could do laundry on the rooftop while enjoying the beautiful views. This was a great location, being across the river from the very busiest areas but just a friendly suggestion for other visitors - this is still a busy area and ear plugs served us well for weekend nights. The cleanliness of the apartment was perfectly acceptable, it is a little older and more charming building so it’s not like hotel level pristine, but we certainly don’t have any complaints. We loved the exposed brick and the wooden window panels. As a book lover I enjoyed the books lining the stairs and around the common areas and it was thoughtful of the managers to leave Sevilla and Spain guides for our use. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and we’d certainly stay again!

Stayed Nov 14, 2019Highly recommend this lovely studio apartment in Triana. The photos are accurate and the reality is even more comfortable and stylish. The studio has really good artwork and architectural details. Cooking facilities are sufficient, especially as Triana has many wonderful Tapas bars. Check in was easy and Diego was really helpful. We hope to return. Thank you.
