Stayed Nov 2, 2025The property is perfect for pets. It was nice and clean as usual. It is right next to the train, but it doesn’t bother me. The photos look like the property.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025Nice apt/ house to stay. No prob w hot water. Trains ran all night but bedroom at back of house so sound not a concern. Closing bedroom & bathroom doors also helped. Am a light sleeper and was not bothered by it. Seemed a safe area and easy street parkingit

Stayed Aug 30, 2024The location was nice, house was nice, a little small , but nice. HOWEVER, the water only stayed warm to shower for no more then 7 minutes after that u were taking a freezing cold shower. So unless u plan on taking a cold shower and or don’t have kids you are good. Had to shower my kids at a friends house. Very inconvenient.

Stayed Jan 18, 2024I was in RWC for work and this little house was the perfect location and dog friendly. The small back yard is super nice for the dog. The host was super responsive and helpful when my dates changed. He responds within minutes if you have a question. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen pretty well stocked. As others have noted the trains are close and and could be considered loud, but seems you get used to them. I was at the house for 7 nights and the trains don't run after 11pm (or maybe midnight), but you just don't really notice them after awhile. I would stay here again.

Stayed Oct 22, 2023Very comfortable unit, easy to find, easy access, very clean, nice amenities. Could use some smaller dishes. This unit is very near Caltrain tracks, but we were not really bothered.

Stayed Jun 11, 2023Really a nice place to stay whether for a night or in my case for around 3 weeks! It was about a mile from the middle of Redwood City in a nice walkable neighborhood and the house looked exactly like the pictures. Could not have asked for a better experience! Thanks again! Caleb

Stayed Apr 6, 2023The house looked exactly like the pictures. The owner was very responsive. There was available parking and other than the occasional train horn, the neighborhood is very quiet and pretty close to Stanford and Half Moon Bay.

Stayed Mar 15, 2023Basically a brand new nicely appointed house. I had trouble sleeping with the trains being so loud right across the street (there is a crossing and they blow horns). I suppose you'd get used to it living there but if you're a light sleeper from a quiet suburb it could be an issue
