The house was nice and close to perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful little cottage very much. The setting was nice. We were close to everything and yet felt like we were in a nice neighborhood. The house was sound and we were never bothered by traffic or exterior noises. The owner has gone to great lengths to make sure everything a family would need is provided. Great kitchen and laundry facilities. Very nice yard. The beds were comfy, including the pull out with the pillow top inflatable mattress. We might suggest anti skid in the bathtub/shower and a grab handle.

This cottage is adorable!! Just a few minutes away from everything we wanted to go to. Warm and cozy. There was supposed to be internet access for Netflix, but it wasn't connected. We tried calling the renter but no answer. No problem, we just watched basic cable that was available. However, the one bad thing was the bed mattress. It desparately needs a new mattress. Had we stayed another night, not sure if we would have been able to sleep on it one more night. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed staying there!!

This clean cottage on 2nd floor has a nice view. Its very clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend and stay again.

Host provided clear instructions for property and inside the unit. A pretty basic space but perfect for a couple of people. We really enjoyed the deck outside and felt like we had enough privacy to do our own thing while staying. There is a grocery store across the street and a basic diner less than a block away - very convenient location! Would stay again!

Everything just as described

We had the pleasure of staying in the Cairo Cottage. Even during a very cold, windy, and snowy spell the cottage was warm and comfortable. We loved the decor and amenities. It is well stocked and larger than it appears in the photos. Host was very nice.

LOVED this little studio! I went back home for holiday events and just wanted something private and easy. This place is perfect for one or two people to enjoy. Well thought out and sensible with amenities. Nicely converted space that is comfortable, separate from the main living area, and felt very tucked away. In a very easily accessible space within Springfield. Appreciated being able to park at the end of a long driveway. Good lighting, very clean, nice materials and furniture. Enjoyed every bit of it!

Always a great place to stay to see my college kid! Thanksgiving this time (since he couldn’t get home). See him and SDC for the holiday! Happy Thanksgiving!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at the Cairo Cottage! It was a perfect size for just the two of us, very clean and everything was labeled or outlined in the binder. Location was great - only a few minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again.
